Purchased a new foam mattress there Feb 18 2024. The mattress has already fully sunk in and is coming apart at the seams. Called and was told because I didn’t buy an expensive enough model I don’t get a refund, exchange or warranty coverage. I suggest you buy elsewhere

One of the worst shop, too much expensive. If any one need mattresses go Costco and Walmart.I purchased mattresses $450 from here the same mattress price is $150 in Costco.

Probably the worst decision as far as furniture buying is concerned and it’s one of the reasons why I am heading back to the big stores at least I know what to expect. We bought their Mazin Mayville Louis-Phillipe-Bedroom Cherry stuff. The quality is beyond disappointing to say the least. The bed has 3 slates that are made from cheap wood, do not support the box spring or mattress well and break easily. The side boards slip into the headboard and footboard and they cannot be bolted in. They move easily and make for a scary sleeping experience. The dresser chips off easily and starts to have spots as if it absorbs moisture. Overall it might look good in the catalogue or in the store but the quality of the products does not match the price tag.

Purchased a mattress and bedroom set and I am in love! Great customer service, Chris was very helpful and explained the differences between each mattress set to help with my back problems. I got a firm orthopedic as suggested by my chiro. Everything was perfect and I am getting a good nights rest. Already recommended to my family and friends.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Bought mattress and mattress protector from them. Mattress protector was very loose and so we complained within an hour of delivery. But the guy on phone got so awfully rude and crass when we politely requested to exchage or return the product.They promise 10 yrs warranty on mattress, but I have no hope of getting any service from them if I ever face an issue with the product. Hopefully their product is better than their service.

Really nice mattress store. They have a number of locally made products that can fit your needs. Prices are very good too! I love getting a deal!In an era of big box retail, and chain mattress stores, it is nice to see and support a local business and it's workers.We were referred to Chrys and his location by a great bed and breakfast we stayed at that sourced it's mattresses from Comfort Night.

One of Scarborough's little known mattress shops.Had a Sleep Country mattress that lasted for 2 years. When we found this place 7 years ago, and bought two mattress from them at a very reasonable price, we are still using those mattresses as if they were new. No sagging or rut patterns noticed after all these years.Their service and delivery was excellent too. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely buy from them again if and when we are in the market for a new mattress.
