Insurance recommended this place for the repair of my Audi Q7. The car didn’t have much damage, but non the less they took care of us from arrival to getting the car back. Always updating regarding the status and fast repair process. They brought the car back to brand new, and amazing quality of service. Would definitely recommend this place!

I’ve had two collisions, and went through Brimell Collision Services and I can’t express my gratitude enough. They know me by name (not sure thats a great thing…my poor car) but their customer service is fantastic and their work is amazing. My car looks as though i’d never been hit. I never had to set anything up with rentals or rides, everything was prepared ahead of time. I highly recommend!

I was advised by the insurance company to go to CSN BRIMELL as a designated repair shop for vehicle repair. My car was hit by an honest driver who accidentally dented my car door due to strong wind when he tried to open it. The driver was willing to take full responsibility for the accident. Therefore, the insurance company suggested that I go to CSN BRIMELL for vehicle repair work and enter the company service desk. A polite and friendly lady arranged an appointment time for me until the scheduled time. The person who received me was WAYNE WOO, the office manager. WAYNE is a very friendly and professional engineering personnel. He provided me with a very professional car door repair plan. During the vehicle repair period, I also called him several times to inquire about some issues, and he replied to my calls very quickly, To answer my question, I can honestly say that he is more professional and efficient than my insurance consultant. Most importantly, the car has been repaired very well and perfectly, and the fees are also very reasonable (although I don't need to pay). Therefore, I am very satisfied with the entire repair process and effect this time. Thank you CSN BRIMELL and Thank you WAYNE WOO

Very satisfactory service. Wayne, Susan and Micheal were very prompt and listen to their customer's concerns. It took 4 months and 5 days before the repair finally completed but, it's understandable with the situation in terms of ordering parts at this time.
