Wow, what a privilege I had meeting the staff at David's Bridal. So welcoming and helpful. I didn't think I was gonna walk out with a dress when I decided to pop in , but they had the perfect dress that made my boyfriends mouth water. Great job ladies!!

I recently visited David's Bridal and had an exceptional experience thanks to Suki. I was looking for shoes to match my emerald green gown and initially thought silver would be the best choice. Suki suggested that gold would be a better fit, and she was absolutely right! She also understood my need for a comfortable, budget-friendly option and brought me several choices to try on. To ensure I was happy with the look, she even brought a gown similar to mine so I could see how the shoes would complement it. I was so pleased with the service that I ended up purchasing a matching purse she found for me, also within my budget. I highly recommend this store, and I am grateful to Suki for her outstanding customer service.

So much better than the Woodbridge location. At Woodbridge, no one even greets you and you are shopping and trying on alone.
I walked into the Scarborough store and was greeted right away, directed to where I needed to go and was paired with a stylist. Great experience.

Coming here was the best decision ive ever made. My stylists name was Diana and she is the most angelic, kind, honest and detail- oriented person I have ever met. She made me feel so confident with my choices and didn't hesitate to help me with anything. She really changed my perspective on things and made my experience so nice and easy and she was good to the whole group of us. I had so much fun laughing and talking with her too. She is very supportive and will always make you feel like a goddess??♀️ Thank you Diana, you really did make my day and you're the reason I feel so confident in the dress I chose. God bless you❤️

I had a great experience working with Suki and Nalleyah at David’s Bridal, and I can't recommend them enough! I’m currently 3 months pregnant and will be 6 months pregnant on my wedding day, so I wasn't too hopeful about finding a dress that would work for me. From the moment I met Suki, I felt like she understood my concerns and was willing to do anything to find me a dress.
Suki really took the time to listen to my requests and helped me select dresses that would not only look beautiful but also provide the comfort I need as my pregnancy progresses. I never felt rushed or pressured, and Suki's thoughtful approach made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable for me, my mom and sisters.
Thanks to her expertise and care, I said yes to the dress, and I’m so excited to wear it on my wedding day. If you’re looking for a bridal consultant who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, I highly recommend Suki and Nalleyah at David’s Bridal!

Review update: When I tried my dress on in store, I got completely emotional as something triggered in me with the loss of my mother, and as patient as Mandy was, I felt so pressured because she said I couldn’t place it on hold and since it was on sale, it was either I buy or not, and no returns. I was afraid to lose the dress so I bought it. The lady at the front desk then gave me an additional 10% so in the moment, I was like great!! Now here comes my bad review: As buyer’s remorse kicked in a couple of days later, I decided to go onto their website and after reviewing their policy online, it clearly stated that I would have been able to return the dress within 7 days of purchasing so I called the store right away and they told me I could not because I accepted that additional 10% off. Now, I only accepted the additional 10% because I was already told that I couldn’t return it anyway. Had I known that I would still have had the option to return without that extra discount, I would not have accepted it! They tricked me , took complete advantage of my vulnerability and I am fuming! Mandy specifically told me that because it was on sale, I wouldn’t be able to return but not according to their policy, you can exchange sale items!! It was that extra 10% off that made it a final sale, with no returns/exchanges! When I called the store and spoke speak with a gentleman on the phone, I asked to speak with the manager, he put me on hold then came back and said sorry, the manager said I can in no way return it. I was totally ok with an exchange, wasn’t looking for my money back. The manager wouldn’t even come to the phone to speak with me. I now have this dress, brand new still with tags, now sitting in my closet because of the deceipt and tricks played on me by Davids Bridal…. Ladies, buyers beware here!! Please confirm the policy with the store and see it in writing before making any decisions! This just happened to me a couple of weeks ago and I am still very upset of how they misled me and how the manager did not even take the time to come to the phone so I could explain exactly what happened. To them, it was just a sale, on to the next!! No compassion at all and will lie to you to put the pressure on so they can make a sale!

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jean as my stylist, she listened to every concern and idea and pulled exactly what I asked for, with a couple of great surprises as well. She was warm, welcoming and made me feel special!
I ended up finding my perfect dress, the experience was unforgettable, going above and beyond any expectations I had going in!
