This store very conveniently located today I witnessed horrible experience by one of the employee claims Raj no name tag mistreated a customer with a child were there in the store Chase them out wrongfully and talked very rudely. I can not imagine Dollarama tolerate staff with such behaviour that so sad customer felt discriminated even fewer customers shared their displeasure. Tarun manager should take this serious and do a thorough investigation take necessary disciplinary action otherwise these types of incidents will reoccur

I normally come to this Dollarama to shop or send my son because we live walking distance. This morning was my worst turn off. Next time I will just drive to Neilson.
I came there this morning to get some disposable baking pans. I was the only one in the isle. I was making up my mind if to get tins or disposable pans. I'm not sure if it was because am at the isle and searching for my cellphone in my jacket in case my mom calls me back, ?.... Around the corner comes a running, skating Asian employee. Same time I turned looking at the cheese slicers . This employee saw me with the pan in one hand, a cheese slicer in the other and just turn to the window looking outside. A little more she slid. It was as though she thought ? I was shop lifting so she ran breathless. Sigh. It was the most awkward thing. Never me again at this Dollarama. If she only knew my personality, with that disrespect.... She wouldn't have. Please, teach your employees to be discreet, because of ever there is another time I would surely call her out.
