I’ve shopped at this Dollarama for 5 years, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I asked an employee where to find lids for a Betty Crocker container. She looked at me with disgust, gave rude responses, and mocked me as I walked away. Moments earlier, I had seen her being polite to another customer—this felt like racial profiling.
When I went to security, I was told she is the manager. Being treated with disrespect, especially by management, is completely unacceptable. I hope Dollarama addresses this behavior.

Worst experience ever. Went in there and asked one of the employee, the lady with short height wearing glasses and she said that I don’t know ask other employees. Like seriously if you don’t where the thing is why you are even there. And then she told the other coworker that these people don’t buy anything just come here to see the things. So embarrassing. Never coming back here

I am writing to express my outrage over a disturbing incident at this Dollarama, where I was racially profiled and verbally assaulted by a staff member. A woman with blonde hair and a slim build followed me around the store, yelled the N-word at me, and threatened to slap me.
Shockingly, a Black security guard not only failed to intervene but also grabbed my shirt, further escalating the situation. This unacceptable behavior reflects a profound failure in both staff conduct and store management. I will be filing a formal complaint and demand immediate action to address this blatant racism and hostility. Such treatment is intolerable, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

I would give it 0 stars if I could; I’m constantly racially profiled by security at this location. I know it’s their jobs but following me in every aisle and peeping on me isn’t doing anything. Great store, poor security.
