I went to buy a Chandelier today and had Really bad store experience. Please don’t go if you have any pet phobia as they have open cats ?⬛ in the store. When I told the store guy that I’m afraid of cats, can you please hold it. He replied that it’s just a cat not a dog.
How rude is that, I have major pet phobia and got panicked in store. So l had to leave right away.
Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Highly unprofessional people working there. Very rude and bad customer service.

There is a reason why this owner operated store has been around for a while, yes, they have great products at really good prices, but their customer service is fantastic. I've been looking for a wall sconce for my 100 yr old house for a while and it's been tough to find a style that I like. Electrolight has a wide selection and the staff is very helpful and insightful. I bought a floor model wall sconce for my 100yr old house (last one in stock) but when I tried to install it the standard bracket and sconce didn't fit nicely because it's a 100 yr old house and things never line-up nicely or flush against the wall. So even though it was a floor model were all sales are final, the guys at Electrolight gave me a store credit, which I'll most definitely use in the future. I would definitely recommend Electrolight for the go to spot for your lighting needs. I'll definitely be back.

I went to the store looking for a floor lamp for my mom, and I immediately knew I was in the right place when they simply asked "what is it being used for". I received the Best customer service. When our Uber driver cancelled the ride at seeing the size of the box, they offered to build and deliver the lamp. I can't thank the team enough, they were kind informative and patient, will definitely return for future lighting needs and recommend to others.
