This store does not have loyalty or support to their furniture. I bought furniture from this place which needed to be assembled but the prices were not structured right. I called the store, but they refused to do any action in order to fix this issue and said this is not their problem now. It’s totally not understandable when they sell you faulty furniture , and they refuse the service. This is scam!! They also become so rude after you purchase that makes you speechless to continue arguing with them about the furniture you already paid for, but the item has issue. The owner did not even want to listen to the complain I had, starts using improper language which is so unfortunate and unprofessional.Overall, rude in customer service and scam about selling the right furniture.So disappointed.

All fake 5 star reviews. Desi run establishment acting like they are still in Pakistan. Both gentle men gossiping on cell phones and don’t even acknowledge their customers. I guess they don’t want your business. Avoid this place like the plague.

Bad I brought a sofa set that was $768.00 he showed me a different thing and sent me a different and the quality is bad and and he also delivered it 4 days late then the actual delivery date

I have reported this establishment to Consumer’s alert. My experience as a senior on disability was horrendous! I almost ended up in the hospital. I experienced ignorance, no regard for the next being, chronic liar right to your face, avoids your phone calls, does not have proper staffing to deliver on services. Misinforms you, like not telling you that they do not assemble delivery. Rung up the wrong order, so you know he doesn’t listen. His loss, he would have made more had he gotten my order right to begin with. NOT COMPLIANT TO COVID-19 bylaws as the delivery guys were without masks and no gloves. This is a business presumably going to several homes. When I addressed this he told me it’s their choice. I have never felt so violated and unable to stand for myself with the aggression I experienced with this establishment.People of this design should never be business owners or have anything to do with people. Ignorance at it best is here...no integrity, no authenticity and definitely no customer care. Best of luck Electronics and Furniture

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.They first shipped me the wrong couch. Upon calling them back, the person who answered the phone proceeds to yell at me, telling me that I'm wrong and that they sent me the right couch. After talking to someone else, he apologizes that they sent the wrong couch and we rescheduled another delivery for two days after.I call them two days after and they say that they rescheduled the delivery for the next day without telling me anything. I wait until the next day, and then I get another call 1 hour before the delivery saying that they can't deliver it anymore and we'll have to reschedule.PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

You will be tempted to get cheap furniture from this store, but after paying you will be looking up ways of how to get this business shut down. How it is still running is beyond me. The picture shows an obvious left-hand, right-hand facing sectional and Sam makes up stories that it is reversible, because he probably has only one side available. A child can look at the sofa and know it is not reversible. They think they can fool you but actually they are the ones who are stupid. Unfortunately, these are the kind of people that bring a bad name to Indian people. After I sent an etransfer, Sam keeps lying that the money is on hold. Anyone using etransfer system knows that auto-deposit means money gets deposited right away. The only people who have lied to me about this were two other Indian people sadly (I also sell furniture and they say the money will arrive in your bank the next day. Absolute b********* So this man keeps making excuses telling me I should cancel from my bank. I even called my bank and they said they only way now is for the other party to refund. This is not India or some other country where you are sending a check that you can do a stop payment on. This is ETRANSFER which is immediate, within seconds. I have both sent and received refunds on etransfer and know this inside out. Yet, this innocent looking boy keeps lying and tries to insult me thinking he can intimidate me. Then he gets stubborn and won't send the refund and keeps saying 24 hours. His so-called colleague says he will not give reasons but he will just not send the etransfer back until 24 hours. So he has already contradicted Sam's b******* who is lying to me that his bank says I can cancel the transaction before 6pm. Has anyone heard of this b******** Anyone in their right mind would know that once the money has already been deposited in another's bank account how can you cancel it? Is it like stealing money from someone else's bank account? I don't know what b******* this guy is devising. It doesn't add up. Straight up thuggery! Garbage hooligans with a supposed side business. Who knows what that is! They can make personal attacks but can't take it. Somebody please find a way to get this b******** fraud business shut down ASAP!
