Wait time is long, staff is slow, and has no consideration. Unpleasant service. Will not come back to any Envoy because of this experience.

Couldn't believe they don't have bubble wrap for packing. The guy didn't seem to care at all and I was the only customer in the shop at the time. Went to Staples on Milner and the guy was great.

This place is a scam how does UPS and Purolator give this guy their business. The guy spends 30 minutes with one customer while eight people are waiting takes forever to do anything has no social skills and is rude.Its a mystery why packages seem to go missing at this location. He also charges additional fees for when you send out stuff that he doesn't tell you about they're crazy

Dropped off a UPS package here 2 weeks and was never picked up. UPS has opened an investigation as the package is now missing.Don’t recommend.

Always very reliable. Simply writing this review because of Joey, who has been assisting my sister and I for years. He is a simple, decent man who works hard - all very respectable qualities. I have seen countless examples of people being abrasive and rude, unable to wait in what is naturally a busy environment. Joey is always cool, calm, and collected and able to multitask as best he can. He always tries to help multiple people at once to keep the line moving if possible. Great passport services too at a really reasonable rate compared to other places. He takes professional photos and let me look at mine before he printed them. Always a good local experience.

Was here for a UPS pickup. It was all business, minimal verbal exchange required and did exactly what I needed it to do without the extra fluff. Satisfied.

The older man behind the counter has no social skills and is just RUDE! It's so sad that he has an opportunity for his business to be top notch. Yet he chooses to be absolutely unpleasant.So, if you have to visit this location. Don't get upset by his lack of professionalism... Feel sorry for him, because he is absolutely miserable.

I’ve been here to drop off many packages for shipping and never had any issues. Have used other locations to drop off items and have had multiple items stolen out of the box (UPS Store at Lawrence and Warden….never go there!). Items are always shipped out immediately and a tracking number always provided. Some places won’t even do that, telling me to take a photo. I would recommend 100%

I went into this store to get a passport photo. The service was prompt, and he allowed me to see the photo and retake it a couple of times till I was satisfied. Also, the price was cheaper than the other places I checked out. Very pleased.
