I purchased my baby Green Cheek here in April of this year at 8 weeks old my first bird they made me feel so comfortable and assured especially the lady there she showed me the bird which I feel in love with how sweet he was she was holding him and kissing him goodbye even trimmed his nails he’s happy and healthy I was readjusted from just talking on the phone

After visiting a few bird stores in the GTA, this one by far was the best! These birds are truly happy in their environment here and it is evident in how calm and social they are with visiting strangers and eachother (lots of species of birds here). The owner was informative and interacted and handled the birds with such gentle kindness. It is a place you can choose a family addition as opposed to feeling compelled to rescue. The passion for birds shows here ? ❤️

Just purchased my first ever baby Indian Ring Neck Parakeet from here. Travelled three hours and it was completely worth it! Both the man and woman working were very welcoming and knew what they were talking about so that gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing from them. On top of this the birds are kept free flighted around the store and are very healthy. They take on rescues and have a genuine care and passion for birds. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, will be my only go to bird store from now on!

I purchased my beautiful ? Pineapple Conure Parrot, ? Thursday, August 29th, from Exotic Pets, Scarborough. The lady Jezz was very helpful. My Pineapple Conure Parrot Sparky was a baby and the lady Jezz hand fed my Sparky for three weeks than I went to choose a Pineapple Conure Parrot. We choose a male Pineapple Conure Parrot over a female because the tummy color was more vibrant, more colorful. Both of the Pineapple Conure Parrots are tamed and are very beautiful. ? I also purchased two bags of seeds for my Parrot ? and two types of treats and as well toys for my birdcage. All the beautiful Parrots are tamed, very beautiful and they fly freely in the pet store. The owner Mr. Khan and Jezz take excellent care of all these beautiful tamed Parrots. They have a huge selection of very beautiful and gorgeous ? tamed Parrots from cheaper price to very expensive larger Parrots. I highly recommend Exotic Pets, Scarborough for their excellent service and these two people are extremely knowledgeable, they care well for these beautiful Parrots they and can answer all your questions. This beautiful pet store has a great selection of toys, bird seeds and treats for your parrot!!! A+++++++ to Jezz and Mr. Khan the owner for excellent customer service and for selling me a beautiful young Pineapple Conure Parrot, Sparky.?

Exceptional service and the stuff here are animal lovers and treats customers good. I highly recommend them for all your birds supplies and purchase any birds from this place. We actually purchased our very first budgies from here and it's absolutely beautiful and prefect.. They also have reasonable prices too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I visit this Store every now and then whenever i get some time. Love seeing all the birds flying free and well taken care of. I went to buy some food for my smaller guys and met this little guy (Mint Cheek conure). He was so friendly to me that i couldn’t really leave without getting him. He has been one of my favourite birds since then. I feel so lucky having him. I named him Tango.

We got our 2 conures here 2 months ago. First impression was wow! Love watching how some birds were just out not all caged up. My birds took about A week for them to get comfortable but now their personality has come out and I just love them more day by day. They are very healthy and when I went the girl answered every question I had. You can tell they love what they do and they are very knowledgeable. I refer everyone to this place when they ask.

My wife and I visit regularly. We didn't get our bird here but we felt this store has the best knowledge and experience and consider this our go to store. If we get another bird it will be from here.
So many free flying birds and talkers. You'll get happy birthday and sharky do songs from the birds. Well worth a visit.

The place is welcoming, and I enjoy seeing the free-flying birds when I visit for my bird's grooming My previous experiences have been excellent; however, during my last visit, I felt that the service was rushed and the customer service was somewhat lacking.
