I went to this auto shop after I called one of the staffs which told me we have OEM parts and can pick up from the store. But,when I arrived at the store, I found different answer which is they don't carry an OEM parts. Instead the only place I can find an OEM parts is at the dealership.But from my expetience, an OEM parts can get from Canadian tire and other stores. I think they were never carried an OEM parts on their store. On top of this their price for the regular part is inflated,which requested me $51+tax, while for similar part in other store I found $40+ tax and $35. This implies the name of the store contradicts the price tag of their parts, which is hiked price for low quality items.

On the phone, Faz was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I came to pick up the parts I met Harman who was even friendlier and helpful. I got all the parts I needed. To top it all, I was not sure if my mechanic wanted to replace my rotors. Harman offered to deliver it to the repair shop if needed to save me the time of coming back. Kudos to Harman, Faz, David, and team
