I went to get a bumper from here a week ago and they had good customer service. I don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming from because they seemed pretty nice. Especially David, he helped me fit the bumper I purchased in my car, the price was also very fair! Thanks guys !

This is totally scam part shop I have ever seen in my life , I paid deposit for a part and i was not need the part again and I decided to used the money for brake pad and they are telling me my money is gone which there was not any agreement of that when they ask me to paid down the money but when I drove down to the shop at Scarborough they change the story , I will like everyone to know that they are cheating a lot on the people and every one going there should be carefully to patronize them as usual and I will never go there again because there attitudes and behaviour is like a scam ….

Terrible . Ordered a specific part on the phone , went to pick up and they told me they ordered something completely different and that that’s the part I had asked for . Took 10 mins to issue a refund . Couldn’t own up to a mistake . Will not be recommending or returning .

"NOTHING FAIR ABOUT THE PRICE HERE." They charge you whatever they feel like . Price difference is almost double which shows on the website when you go there store for pick up. When I asked he guy why the price difference is so much he replied because you are not a mechanic you don't buy parts worth $5k to 10k a month so I cannot give you the website price . My question is that why you have online websites for all the customers when you are telling me the price you have online is for auto shops online .NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
