I’ve had the worst experience of my life with FedEx, where I was supposed to receive a package and it says delivered however I never received it! This is so certain that either the driver or the facility stole it!! And when I called up their customer service support, The lady started yelling that we can’t look for your package we work from offices, we are not on the streets.Never dealing with FedEx again and gonna lodge an official complaint against them.

They need someone manning the intercom and/or phone number that you’re supposed to dial to request for them to bring your package out.

We want to give this 5 star review to our courier gentleman Sahib and his team! We have a retail location within a mall where we open later than the our courier Sahib drop off his first attempt in the morning. Sahib is nice enough to always do a second attempt in the afternoon on the same day. There are occations where the second attempt might be impossible, however we will just have to call the terminal and would be able to pick up our packge at the terminal hassel free! The overall experience with FEDEX delivery and this particular location was amazing. Both the delivery gentleman Sahib and his team deserves great compliments! We greatly recommend any businesses to use FEDEX for their priority shipping needs!

I was supposed to have an interview with a manager name Raj a year ago. He never show up and I was scolded by a staff for waiting. I wish he would’ve said something before I ended up wasting my time. That was very unprofessional and upsetting of what I had experience. The staffs didn’t seem very friendly and is probably a bad work environment judging by the negative reviews here. I glad that in a way I never worked here if that’s the case. I wish I could rate this place zero if possible.

Definitely not worth the money, delays after delays, pick up error, unprepared staffs. Didn't even buzz or do effort. Not sure if they actually wanted to work in this facility. Worst pickup and delivery experience. I felt embarrassed that I've even ask them to pick up the boxes (and work?).

Multiple fake attempts. It's a house. Just ring the bell. Multiple people were home 24/7. If it's delayed we can understand, but have some self-respect. Don't lie.

We ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered today by Fedex. We live in a basement apartment underneath a commercial lot which doesn't have a doorbell, so Fedex sent us a text saying our item wasn't delivered because the address was incorrect. When we called, they said that their drivers don't have cellphones and have no way to contact customers if there is no doorbell or door to knock on. What shipment company doesn't give their delivery drivers cellphones in 2022?!We now have to go pick it up at this location. They should be paying for gas. Avoiding Fedex at all costs now.

They "attempted" delivery four times and said no one was home when in fact someone was. No one buzzed up at all - no notice left either. I called after second attempt to confirm the buzzer code with them, someone was home and still no call up. Then they told me since they attempted four times I have to go pick it up even though none of the couriers even tried to deliver it

2 times FedEx driver don't even tried to drop my package, not even buzzed or called.They simply stick the door tag and go, which made me so angry and frustrated that I had to take time off from my work , pay taxi to get my package even aI paid fedex.If there is less than 1 star , I would do that. They are not eligible for 1 star even.

Still waiting for my LOCAL package. Its been nearly a whole month. The item is supposed to be "express" and was guaranteed to arrive well before christmas. Yet my tracker indicates its still somewhere in this facility. FedEx reached out to me twice, after I reached out to the company that I bought an item from~~they actually told me that they contacted FedEx but FedEx has not responded to them so they don't know what to tell me.. yet FedEx called me twice to ask if I had received it yet, I said no. They said they would call me back after they try to locate it. Its been 2 days.(I've been looking for my parcel for a week now.)If it is lost. PLEASE just mark it as lost so I can get my refund and get on with my life please. This is my second FedEx incident. Never had a problem with other courier services--even the smaller companies. In the span of 1 month I have ordered and received parcels from Amazon, Purolator, Pitney Bowes, and even a package from DHL which came from outside the country.PS. the customer service phone number (the main one AND the tracking department number) both are so hard to operate and hard to get in touch with real people. The main number connects you to an AI, and makes you Speak and converse with the AI. The tracking department ALWAYS goes to voicemail (I have called 5 times at varying times of the day! The worst part is, there is nowhere to file a complain to because THEY are supposed to be the ones dealing with cases in the first place.

After reading all the reviews I definitely thought I was in for a tough time. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was fast and efficient. I will say the entrance is very confusing, there is a big sign that says this location isn't open to the public but then another sign that says press here for customer package pick up. Still frustrating that FedEx didn't even attempt to drop off my package and I had to drive out to Scarborough plus the box was very broken.
