STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!
Got a phone from here and they won’t take it back. It clearly says that you have 30 days to rerun the phone but they send you to other branches for no reason to waste your time. And have you call customer care. Just go to the Eglinton Square branch they are much more helpful there.

Probably the worst business operation in this branch. These people are super greedy and will find every other ways to rip you off even if you are well aware of the pricing.
I was buying a 20W charger and they priced it 25% more than the actual price. I had to discuss them price in walmart, amazon and beat buy for convincing them the actual price.
Finally game me the charger and behaved as they were doing a favour to me!
And they had no intention to give me the receipt!???

Worst freedom branch!! If you guys have any issues dont go to this branch because you will come out with more issues.The sales associate does not know how to help and communicate polietly. Also, he has no knowledge to help and fix the problems. It was just waste of time travelling till here and a bad mood

I am so angry with this place, stay far away from Freedom Mobile, especially this location. They charge my mother $50 for a returnable product according to their written policies, told her it's refundable. Long story short, she went back to get a refund for a $50 product and they used every excuse in the book to not honor the return, she made the return like 3 days later. For $50 really? What kind of operation is this? And you're dealing with a senior women, what a joke. Don't give your business to these people, to this location or to Freedom Mobile, you guys are super greedy, at least honor your written rules and policies.
