9000 of my scene points stolen today at this location through redemption. I got notified by email of the action on my acct. Tells me they're not ensuring either the person has a valid scene card or has id that matches the card prior to redemption. I don't even live in the GTA! Investigation underway. I Also want to add that the Manager was very eager to assist me in determining who it was by reviwing security tapes which is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1. He also indicated that is was due to Freshco policy of not asking for ID for anything under 100.00... guess that's why only 90.00 dollars was taken from me...they were obviously aware of the policy

I love this store. It has great ambiance, layout, and prices! Some of the staff are grumpy though.

I routinely shop at this location on Fridays after meeting my business partner; I always withdraw cash at the local BMO branch and use it to pay for my groceries. Last Friday, cashier Tammy made me think twice about visiting this store again. “This bill looks funny”, she stated after looking at it.“I just picked it up at the BMO branch across “, I answered while showing her my time-stamped receipt. “You have to take the bill back to the bank”,she replied. I didn’t want to lose any more time with her, paid by debit, and went to the bank. In conclusion, the bill was not fake. If Tammy wants to check each bill paid by loyal customers, her manager must equip each cashier station with a counterfeit detector. At any case, the store just lost a great shopper, and if they won’t change their policies in this area, I will not be the last one to never enter this store again.

Great place to shop. You can be in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. Saturdays are pretty bad though, I've seen some older karens around mocking international students and such. Maybe avoid shopping on Saturdays.
