Recently our family had ordered a few furniture items from this very specific store. I would not recommend this store and the reason for it is the very quick transition from promises to ignorance. Our initial experience was very cordial where they got us choose from the limited options they had in lieu of a promise of an amazing customer experience where the Performance by the staff was great. Moving on they decided to change the delivery date to extort the final payment prior to delivery or they will keep the partial payment made and not deliver the furniture, the whole point we want to hold the final payment up until the delivery is to ensure they do not fail in delivery or promises made when the deal is done so this is perfect example of why never make complete payment unless work is complete as promised. Payment had been made in full following which the entire dynamic of their service delivery changed. Delivery was almost 3 hours late, delivery was incomplete with only partial parts came plus with no tools to set them up with. They have been the most difficult business to deal with as they don't own up to their own lack of service delivery. They want us as a consumer to adjust to their incompetence. They are absolutely not worth the time or hard earned money, this is one business that should not be on the market. Remember not to trust the manager or anyone in this store.

Recently purchased a bedroom set from this company. During the sales process, everything appearred professional and good. However, the second we paid for the furniture the customer service disappeared. They delayed the delivery from 1 day, to over 5 days later. When the deliver came we were missing many parts, such as screws and brackets, causing an assembly headache. The worst part is that the furniture was damaged (dented/scratched) and the company refused any discount for this.

I bought bedroom furniture which got delivered wrapped in a thin plastic reached with many damages. When I called store to inform no one bothered to care. Worst service and delivery system. My bad at the first place, bought with out checking their online reviews. They better shut their business.Also came to know that they charged more than other stores for the same product.

This is the worse place to purchase an item.. I totally regret it.... Please I tell you don't spend your money here the service is disgusting, they don't return calls as promised and your item is not delivered on time.... Bought a bed from this place on June 17, 2020 I have to call them every day about the delivery.... Even as I am writing my review today on July 02 2020 I am yet to get my item delivered. They promised I would get the bed today after collecting the full purchase price and delivery fee including tax on June 17 and still nothing.As it is I will be demanding a full refund and I will stop at nothing until I get my money back

For the past few weeks I have been going from store to store trying to find a perfect bedroom set for my new condo. I went to multiple stores but the best experience I had was at Furnish'n Style. The staff there was very friendly, understood their products well, and really helped me narrow down a perfect bedroom set for my home. The prices I found there were the lowest/most competitive out of anywhere else I had been. They are very welcoming and I definitely recommend anyone looking for furniture to check out their store.

I had good experience at this store and Manu assisted with his great expertise and understood our needs very quickly. I spent 3 days at bad boys and walked out of $6000 deal( check my review there) and managed to walk out in an hour from this store with a positive experience.I ll update my delivery experience in 2 weeks....so far I am happy and paid in full .March 10 - My original delivery promised on March 6th was missed with an excuse that delivery guys were tired. No one contacted me on the phone , I ended up visiting the store twice on this day as no one answered the phone call and been promised delivery guys are out. No one showed up until 9 PM and they answered the phone this time and promised delivery on Sunday(March 8)Delivery guys showed up as promised and completed the installation . They made little scratches to my laminate floor and didn’t seem to be a professional movers. They forgot my TV , 2 drawers were missing for my bed , also came with broken drawer for one of side table.I ended up visiting the store again on March 9th and got my drawers replaced, also picked up my tv from their Whitby store. I was told I would get brand new 7series Samsung TV when I paid ( ended up receiving refurbished one) . Store claimed it’s open box with refurbished sticker as they ain’t allowed to sell without the stickers.I am still waiting on my missing 2 drawers. (Duh!)The service you are getting here is what you paid for. If you are the person who can handle missed delivery dates, live close by to drive down any time of the day to sort out issues, give it a shot. I am still happy with the price I paid for my furnitures, I don’t think that they are fraud with my personal experience and reading previous reviews , just lack lots of professionalism.

Horrible customer service, no one ever picked up calls or called back when we left messages. Delivery people were very rude and started cussing us out for no reason. We had to stay without the furnitures being assembled for 3 nights even though we already paid for delivery and setup of furnitures. Finally, when someone came to help us assemble the furnitures, who we found from kijiji. We realized all the parts weren’t even delivered. The only reason we went to this store was because we wanted customized furnitures but when we received those furnitures we realized nothing was changed or customized. We had to send our furnitures back to change the measurements because they didn’t even fit into our room. Even after sending those furnitures back, they didn’t change much. I really hated my experience with this store. Literally bought extra stress with $4000 of regular basic bed set. The furnitures weren’t cheap but the quality and customer service was super bad.

Awful. Delivered me a sofa set infested with live bed bugs and mould TWICE when I purchased a brand new set. Customer service is awful, they fought with us when we requested a refund they previously promised. Worst experience of my life. Its sort of unbelievable how a business could send furniture in such condition into someones home, and then proceed to treat them with such disrespect.

DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE!!!!! This store does not deserve 1 star. Do not spend a dime here!. Very poor customer/delivery service. The reps have promised delivery for three weeks now and everytime they deliver the furniture it was always the WRONG shipment. I've made numerous complaints and they made up excuses, saying that the headboard was broken during the shipment so we have to put the order in again, or that the mattress didn't arrive yet, or we couldn't get a driver out today and promised to come the next day but never show up. And up until today i still do not have my furniture! The reps promised to have the furniture delivered before the holidays, as i expressed to them that my family was travelling to spend Christmas with us and now my bedroom is full of wrong orders of furniture that they refuse to pick up. I couldn't even put a blow- up mattress in the meantime to make my family comfortable. It was extremely embarrassing to have them sleep on the couch after a long day of travel. Do not waste your time here, this place is a scam!

I wish I could put 0 stars but thats nnot an option. Horrible establishment!! As soon as they get your money the service goes right out the door. Never answer their phone and make all kinds of excuses for when my items will arrive. So Im out hundreds of dollars and no furniture!!!

EXTREMELY TERRRIBLE BUSINESS. I spent my hard earned money on a sectional. They called and said they will deliver another colour. I said no I chose black not brown...after the purchase was paid in full I received a phone call from the company saying the delivery man has in his notes I still owe a large balance. This was a lie. She said sorry RIGHT AWAY and said she sees my invoice. And it is paid in full. So why call me? Because they lost my payment. CONTINUED IN COMMENTS
