Do not trust this location for used products! I ordered a used camera online and the item was shipped from Kennedy Commons in Scarborough.
When I received the item the main dial was not working. All of henrys used products are supposed to be in working order, even the ones rated the lowest NH.
This camera should never have been sold to any customer let alone as an 8+ .
I ordered online for the convenience but instead I was inconvenienced having to go return a faulty item that should never have been sold in the first place.
I feel like the Scarborough location should have known that the camera was not in working order before shipping it out.
I went to the mississauga location and they rectified the situation excellent customer service! But scarborough location-buyer beware!

I ended up purchasing a APSC camera..but I believe the staff need more training in dealing with the public who might be interested in items Henry's carry not necessarily in the store but maybe online...I find they try to steer you to items you may not necessarily want and are disinterested in anything else .

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!
Gave me a great value for my trade In and helped me find the best deal for a sony a7 iv with lenses. These guys really go out there way to make sure you walk out with the nwst possible deal and product. Matthew is the GOAT!! He spent about an hour with me evaluating the gear i brought in and making sure all the products I wanted to to leave with were what I needed and that I got them on time. Definitely gonna be a regular customer here. Amazing work guys. 100000 ?

I just needed to let everyone know that the staff at Henry's Kennedy Commons are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! This is not the first time I've been to the store with my photo mishaps lol and ALL of them so kindly and patiently walked me through it and helped me finishmyproject.
I can't say it loud enough THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

Sumit and the other staff were amazing. Super informative, friendly and extremely genuine. Not looking to up-sale me or pressure me on my purchase. Sumit even offered me his personal number if I had any questions. That’s above and beyond in my opinion. Worth the drive to Scarborough.

I called this morning to put a camera on hold because it was a far drive. The woman told me they were doing inventory and to come pick it up when they finished sometime after 2pm. I got there at 2:40pm, the store was still closed. I called and some guy told me they were still doing inventory and he didn't know when they would be finished. He said they shouldn't have told me to come at 2pm but offered no solution. Wild way to treat a customer.
