HSBC employee “Priscilla Yeung” very rude to elderly woman… please HSBC employee,,, learn to respect others,, very discriminatory,,,I wouldn’t recommend this worst branch in Canada. There is no customer service skill. No greetings. Canada is welcoming country. HSBC Employees should learn manners and helping elderly personal.

Betty at the branch was sending an email to head office last week to inquire on my behalf why a hold was placed on a cheque deposited in mid-June. I would like to know if she has had a response and if the hold is taken off. Thank you.

Anthony Chan helped me, he was friendly and a very modest man. I’ll return to the branch for future banking. I returned on a Saturday, another banker helped me. She guided me how to register online & mobile banking. Thank you, Priscilla Yeung. In another visit, Marilia Mak & Betty Wong helped me to withdraw money from Hong Kong using ATM card. Thanks ladies.
