Seemed easy enough to deal with, but when I asked a question, and the provided a solution, (making me think all was okay) they then decided to go back on what they said and deactivate my account. Honestly I wouldn't recommend them, the items are often short dated and only weeks away from expiry (which is hard when you buy a case of something to go through it that fast)Its not hard to see that the customer comes last when it comes to isweet.

Ordered a few things for an event. I initially put the wrong address and Richard and Joanna helped me right away to fix it. Shipping was fast and candy looks great. Unfortunately, I got a wrong item but Joanna was extremely helpful and prompt to offer a solution and I got the right candy in a matter of a day. Great customer service!! Thanks Joanna!

I had a good experience placing my first orders for my shop. The website is really good and you can save drafts and separate orders which is super handy. Everything was packed well and shipped quickly. The product assortment is really great too.

Excellent selection and for the main items I ordered their prices were 35% LESS than the other company I was getting my sweets from! Also shipping was fast. Definitely recommend.

Great place. Quick help and able to pick up almost instantly. Workers in the back were amazing and friendly. This sounds like a fake review but it’s not! Helped me grab a popular with the kids candy that is nowhere else, quick and cheap. I’ll be back….cheers

The service was excellent, the warehouse was spotless, and the employees were all very pleasant. Additionally, I wanted to make some changes to my order, so I asked them to do so. They quickly amended my order, and everything went without a hitch. I adore the location. I will strongly recommend this store to my friends and family.

I am really happy with the service of this company. As this company didn't charge any delivery fees over $350. And I put multiple orders and they combine my all the orders to save my shipping charges. The owner, Richard, accused my employee of giving him “attitudes” when we tried to resolve an issue with an order, and flat out told us to “take our business elsewhere.” My employee didn’t give any attitude as I was in the office, which is a clear demonstration of defamation of character. Since then, he has blocked our account from ordering, but funny enough, for some reason we still have a subscription to his website. It seems pointless trying to reason with the owner, as we sent polite and professional emails to resolve this issue, but rather than being a professional business, the owner ignored us and blocked us. Which is fine, as we have taken our business elsewhere. It seems as Richard thinks he can pick and choose who his customers are; he lost, and not us. It’s very unfortunate as we’ve given him significant business over the past couple of years. We’ve ran into hiccups with orders but have always professionally resolved them with Richard, but accusing our employee of such actions is very unprofessional and disrespectful. We’ve kept a paper trail of all of this, including all the emails between us, in which Richard was very rude and quick to dismiss us. And if you’re wondering who this is Richard, go through your email and see who you accuse of giving “attitudes.” To be honest we didn’t write a review right away, as we were waiting for a response back, and never got one, so I decided to give my feedback on here. From reading the other reviews, there seems to be a pattern where rather than handling the pressure of doing business, he rather just lose customers and avoid confrontation and resolution. Good luck on your future endeavours.
