After my Krown appointment, I had a winter tire change booked a few days later and we all know mechanics usually catch any deficiencies or missed maintenance right away. Instead, my mechanic was genuinely impressed. Every nook, seam, inner panel and hidden corner of the car was coated cleanly and evenly.
It’s rare to see work done this thoroughly, and the results showed immediately. My only regret is not going back every year to maintain the loyalty pricing definitely something I’ll commit to moving forward. If you're planning to rust-proof your vehicle, I highly recommend Krown at McCowan and Sheppard.

There is lots of parts on the frame underneath my vehicle that are still bone dry. These guys skimp out on how much product they apply. You want them to take their time and apply lots of product, they did my car in ~15 mins. I won’t be going back here ever again.

Got my car done here for the last couple of times. I appreciate them taking the extra minute to explaining things to me in detail. Props to, Will, Roman and Ashton! Just remember to put some cardboard down under your car for the oil drippings. And to account for earlier braking as you'll notice it may cause for some slippage. I also appreciate that he's allowed me to keep my same price from a few years back.

The guy on the phone was solid . Called in last minute every other crown kinda blew me off . This guy is at least trying to help me out . Whether I get it done here or not , still leaving a 5 star for customer service .

Soooo happy I went to Krown Rust to get my car sprayed. They were extremely patient with me in explaining the process even when I asked a million questions! Very pleased with the job and LOVED the customer service as well.

I came to here for the first time and nobody told me that after applying krown products under bottom of the car for several days droplets of oil will drop down. as a result, I spoiled my driveway. I am sure that they new about that, but realized that if I will have this information I cancel the service. These guys are chitters. I tried to upload the picture, but system does not support the image format I have.

First time coming here and I like how they handle my car and got the spray rust protection done within 30min.The service was excellent. Very helpful in answering my questions and got a better understanding.

William, Johnathan and the team took care of my vehicle! They’re definitely a lively bunch, that made the visit enjoyable. I recommend their services, as they were thorough with the product application and gentle with a touchless car wash at the end, making sure my new car had to scratches.
