Good day every one my friend went to the store locate at 3446 Laerence East Scarborough,toronto On ,postal code M1HA9..its inside the mall Cedarbrae acenter just on the corner end the parking lot. My friend went there to pick so Items that she call before to put the product on the dite the custumers service pearson who she has interaction was Mr Andrew .hes was bice but then when my friend ask for him 3 staffs on that store they treat her with desrepect.one woman plump ask her some many question ,and didn't want to give to my friend any information about Andrew.she only intetion was to appreciete his effort Mr Andrew refuse to see her that was very rude of him.one the male stafs came out from the office and said tonher that she acting strange the samen staffs ask her to leave store.this LCBO locate at 3446. Lawrence East some of staffs have no manner no social skills to interact with publc..very Rude and the management teams manager and supervisor didnt adress the issue profecionally.. the treat my friend like garbage.that its not the way to treat peaple..

Stopped in a few weeks ago to pick up some coolers and wasn’t sure which ones were most popular. Keegan helped me out and was super knowledgeable, polite and friendly. While browsing I also met Tyler, who greeted me and asked if I needed any help. That kind of customer service really makes a difference when you’re not familiar with the products. The store is clean, well-stocked and both Keegan and Tyler made the experience excellent.

The staff were very customer friendly from the moment we walked in you could feel the positive energy. The cashier even went the extra mile to get an item for me. She definitely made me feel good.

Today 9 th june at 8.45 pm went to return some lcbo materials with SOP number. Bought with 3 cards but one card missing. When all formalities are almost over , suddenly shift leader came to counter and misbehave at an unprofessional way. She commanded to take back everything and back with all cards at next. The way of command was rude and seems hatism appears. Other two colleagues were good but couldn't say anything as she is the shift leader. Felt insulting to get such a rude attitude from shift leader. Should train to run a shift, to a shift leader!

Staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help. This location is smaller than my usual go to one that carries the brands I love. It is good enough. It’s never that busy, ample of free parking as it is within the Mall vicinity just across Cedarbrae Mall.

Staff is alright and prices are normal as it's the only place to buy alcohol. Not much difference from other lcbos.
