The staff is very rude to customers . The guy named Steve who is in the checkout counter is very rude and showed racist behaviour to customers. So disappointed in the service.

To clarify, the 1 star rating is not for the pizza,the quality of the pizza,taste, and value is 5 star. However, the 1 star rating is for the lack of this establishment offering the "experience ". NORTH OF BROOKLYN is a "thing", that experience that one looks for in today's society. Let's be honest we are all somewhat vane to an extent and are all affected by the addiction of social media, we chase that high...that being said I got my pizza in a white box with my name scratched on the side. If I wanted that, I would have gone to the $5 special at the corner. They had the branded box fully available at the counter when I picked up my pizza, perhaps I was a victim of profiling...Pic attached. I was very disappointed and discouraged. Did not get that "experience ".

i went there to refund my drinks and they told me have to wait there for 25 mins.After waiting there for 25 mins then the employee came for refund.If refunding a item takes 25 min in a store,I will go there again?

The sales associates don’t seem very interested in being courteous - but prefer being rather curt. The whisky selection is relatively limited, but clear spirits have good options (especially vodka).

This store is what you'd expect for an LCBO, it was clean, well lit, had sufficient staffing. Like all LCBO branches they will stock 'what sells' in their store. The RTDs were well stocked as well as the coolers for beers and RTDs etc. I went poking around in their 'vintages' section looking specifically for a Portuguese liquor with a flavour similar to grand marnier (citrus/super sweet). Like most stores, it was not there, but surely can't be a huge seller in this area so it makes complete sense -full transparency, I did not ask a staff member about it.- The cashier was very friendly, it was early in the day so I think I may have been the only customer there for most of my visit.

The sales associate displayed a lack of customer service skills and an unprofessional attitude. Despite my being 30 years old, she insisted on seeing identification for service, suggesting a lack of ability to accurately assess age. Such a shame

They place items haphazardly. And when I asked for help locating one guy showed me another guy with a lot of annoyance, then the other guy showed but he was also very annoyed. I am so sorry I went to your store. Never again.

I love the expensive variety of drinks,especially whiskey,bourbon,I just went two days ago and tried their peach whiskey which tasted like two chefs orange whiskey
