This is our usual store that we buy alcohol from. Last time we went there was a very friendly person helping us with the wine we needed for a gift. Unfortunately, today we were disappointed with the service at the cash desk. Two disgruntled staff stood there with no smile or friendliness. We barely heard a thank you at the end of our purchase.
Customer sevice is important for people to return.
