Just bought an Infiniti Q50 from Luxuury , I was dealing with Darren , he was great to deal with , and actually responded to text and calls promptly which I need since I'm very busy and no time to waste , he was great through out the whole process from the original call to the delivery of the car , great experience strongly recommend doing business there , and highly recommend dealing with Darren , was a pleasure meeting and buying a car from him.

Let me start off by saying, I am not an easy customer. In fact I am one of the hardest you will come across. Understanding the industry and wanting to know every single detail regarding my purchase and setting out requirements and expectations is extremely important to me. I need to have a detailed understanding of everything I am signing up for and everything it entails. Darren did a great job at navigating my list of requests along with providing the assurances I require in order for me to make a one visit, one test drive - purchase all within one hour.
Moe was fantastic at reassuring my discussions with Darren and providing any additional info required.
We conducted the majority of the work remotely and flew in to purchase the vehicle and drive it back.
Fantastic experience - 5* Team and dedication.

I’m so glad that I went with this dealership.
Darren, such a wonderful man helped me out through the process. I received all my paperworks on a timely manner and there were no confusions during billing and pricing.
The car was very clean inside out and there were no scratches to be found.
It has been such a great experience and I’m very satisfied with my car purchase.

Had the worst experience here looking for a car. Met Mr. Shawn over there with regards to a car, i don’t think the auto group is accustomed enough to help out first time buyers. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, specially if you have logical questions this place is not built for that. If you want a car to be forced upon you, if you want illogical conclusions visit this place

I had an amazing experience at Luxury Auto Group! The seller Modou Jarju was kind, attentive, and professional. As a woman who loves big and bold vehicles, I’ve unfortunately dealt with other dealerships that that dismissed or mocked my car preferences. That was not the case here. Their service made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and respect!

A very clean and organized dealership; felt truly luxurious! Mohammad was very polite, professional and honest about the car details. Payments methods were many and accommodating even if done online. Unfortunately, I had to postpone my plans for a second car but would have bought from them without skipping a beat. Will return for sure.

My husband and I went to Luxury Auto Group to purchase a Luxury SUV. Modou was our sales agent and he possessed exquisite knowledge about all the cars on the lot. The customer service and the entire experience was exceptional and unparalleled to none. We will be in the market soon for yet another luxury vehicle and Luxury Auto will be our used car dealer of choice!

Just for the record, I never write reviews but this is worth it. :)I had a pleasant and easy going experience with the sales reps. They were personable and hilarious!No pressure shopping at all. I had my eyes set on an Audi but also was open to other options. I am a natural indecisive person ?. 10x more indecisive when deciding big purchases. They had no issues showing me other cars in my budget. One car even needed to be jump-started (normal after a car has sat for a while) and they went the extra mile to do so if I wanted to take it for a test drive.I got approved in a day and picked up my car 3 days later.Despite dealing with my insurance and being unsure after my approval, they were kind, patient, and understanding. Their understanding was a big thing for me since I previously dealt rude and impatient big name dealers such as Volkswagen.Further, some bolt on my wheel went missing and they had no problem replacing all of the bolts on my vehicle with new ones.They also ensured I had a spare tire ?!I greatly appreciate their business and probably will purchase another vehicle from them in the future.Jessica!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Shawn & Amir are slick talking scam artists. They are literally the scum of this earth. I was looking to buy a Mercedes & left a deposit because Shawn is very skilled at eliciting trust. On the day of pick up the two front seats were switched out with damaged ones, leather seat had a huge 10 inch cut. To my disbelief, they actually thought I would not notice. I had a friend with me the day of purchase & pick up for proof that I didn’t miss it. I refuse to move forward with the sale & they refused to give me my deposit. Luckily, I threatened with a police report & they hesitantly returned. DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
