I bought my mattress here in mid to late November. It was a 10-inch Serta with a topper. The store was recommended by my brother who bought two mattresses from the Richmond Hill location. It's really nice to know that it's a family business. Mike @ the Kennedy location was just SUPER helpful! I told him my needs, and he recommended me different kinds and hardness of mattresses. He even let me try a brand new one! When it came down to two that I was debating, he let me take as much time as I needed to try and feel and decide. It was very important to really take the time to try it. At the end, I decided on the less expensive one. It's not the price that I picked that one because it wasn't a big difference; it was simply the way I liked that mattress more. It was approaching to Black Friday, and even when the sales were not officially out, Mike simply gave me the discount after I decided on buying the mattress. He never pushed me or lured me into it. It was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Mattress Mall to my friends. Thanks, Mike!P.S. The delivery team was very helpful and efficient. And even they're part of the family; it's very cool!

Matt was absolutely incredible! We purchased a King mattress and bed frame and Matt helped us to design a custom platform bed. At first I was a bit nervous not having seen the finished product before ordering but it absolutely exceed my expectations! The frame is incredibly well built and looks so luxurious. It was even better than what I could have hoped for.It was such a great experience from start to finish. Matt worked with us to get us the best possible deal and we could not be happier with the service. Excellent pricing, fast delivery and an incredible selection with superb customer service!

Amazing experience. My partner and I tried getting a mattress online that gave us a lot of trouble cause it was just never delivered. 5 nights in a row we had to sleep on the floor because UPS couldn't make a simple delivery. After the last time they messed up making our delivery we decided to cancel the order and come here.We told Matt about the issues we faced and he gave us an amazing deal and even offered to deliver the mattress to our home for free. We had our new mattress in less than 2 hours.And that's just the customer service. The mattress we got is absolutely perfect. I have some back issues and after sleeping on this mattress for 4 nights they're almost gone. The Amazon or other online stuff might be cheaper. But this mattress is absolutely worth the slight extra cost. And Mattress Mall is worth the trip.

Best experience bought from them before but today Matt was exceptional gave us a great deal on a mattress as they didn't have the one we wanted helped carry it out and put in the car. Highly recommend.. I will gladly return in the future when we need to replace the mattress mind you the mattress are of made with high quality and very long lasting.

Purchased our new king mattress from Matt - he was greatly helpful (friendly, funny) and gave us a great price. Delivery was completely easy and was very flexible with dates and times. Will absolutely get any more mattresses needed by our family from him in the future.
