I don’t want to give a star. There is a woman in there. She speaks Cantonese and her attitude is very bad. We are all compatriots. There is no need to be like this. If you go out to buy things in the future and others treat you with the same service attitude, do you think it is okay? Let’s compare our feelings and get rid of you and be a good person.

Great place to find chinese restaurant supplies. They have large capacity pots, woks, even MahJong tables. Price decently too

If there were a minus rating system or zero, I'd give it. Big selection but always find it a bit pricey, despite being a warehouse store. Went in for a medium-sized rice cooker with timer and stainless steel insert--one staff said they didn't have it, but a male staff, with mask donned without covering his nose, approached me and said yes and would go get one for me--conflicting info. I went on to ask the price (there was more than one price tag sticker with different prices). He was just plain rude and asked me in an extremely loud and blunt tone if I could see the "x" mark at the corner of one of the price stickers which meant that was not the price. After a few minutes, I told him I didn't want him to serve me. I complained to the cashier lady; she apologized on his behalf...I know that's not her fault, but told them if they opened for retail sales, they needed to know how to treat their customers. Such an unpleasant experience...won't be going back anymore.

There are many kinds of daily necessities here and the prices are reasonable. It is a good place where the general public is happy to shop. Daily necessities, electrical appliances, tableware, etc. are all available. Highly recommended.

This is a hidden gem as the store is unbelievably big and offers many kitchenware at very reasonable price. The store has been offering 20% off store wide and some clearance items are even 50% off. This is my go to store whenever I need to replenish or shop for new kitchenware.
