We had a very positive experience at Mega from the initial visit to choose our kitchen pieces and design to the last day of installation. Mega Cabinetry is the best and really good at customer service, especially Tina and Nicole!As a customer I would like the best quality, competitive price, and quick service. They have all. They came all the way up north to Wasaga Beach and made the measurement. The workmanship is flawless. The price can't be beat. They installed the cabinets and finished the job two weeks earlier than the time promised.I definitely recommend them.

When I contacted this store to ask for a quote to repair the inside of my kitchen cabinets, along with the base, I was given an unofficial quote by email. However, when I asked the associate to provide a breakdown of the job that the company would be doing to restore my kitchen cabinet to the state that it was before the water damage when they said they would repair the box, the associate refused to provide me with the specific information and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the project anyways without understanding the full scope of the work that would be done or the true price of materials and labour separately. After not telling me the information that I asked about, which was what the price was for the labour and well as the materials separately and what they would specifically do to “repair the box,”they still asked if I had any further questions. The only questions I had were the ones that they refused to answer. This is not the way a company should do business, and it was clear to me that they did not want to show that I was being overcharged for labour.
