KAUTHI at self checkout was one of the rudest, unprofessional and insensitive employees I have ever encountered at this store. As a long time neighbourhood resident I visit this location frequently. After an issue at self checkout, KAUTHI simply stared at me initially ignoring me and then started to laugh at me. Once I returned to the store to speak to her supervisor, I was met with the same treatment (more laughing from KAUTHI) and she attempted to hide her name tag from me. As a new mother going through postpartum, I left the store in tears.Her supervisor thankfully acknowledged my treatment and concerns and said she would speak to her. IMO she should be retrained on professional conduct, at the very least.

Buy cake from metro only. They have a lot of varieties for cake for different price ranges. I have bought 3 times. All of their cakes are really nice. Other things are little pricey though. I was happy every-time i bought cake from them. Thanks a lot ???????

Very fresh quality of fruits, veggies and bread. The bakery department has such kind staff. Although, they can get quite busy, they manage to take all orders with ease.

Nice Metro, it's very clean. The desserts are amazing, and my go-to place if I want a treat, no other Metro location has the Zeppole pastry excellent and reasonably priced

Provides more options than Food basics n No Frills. Prepared meals n bakery available. However seafood, crab options when on special sale are not available not matter what time I get there. Waste of my time.
