Michaels is a large store with lots of arts and craft supplies across multiple floors. It offers expansive assortments including popular art supplies, fabric, canvases, yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, frames, floral items, scrapbook materials, beads, jewelry kits, Cricuts, craft machines, Christmas decorations, balloons, paints, model kits, diamond painting, and many other crafts. It also provides party supplies like balloon inflation, decorations, and gift packaging. The staff is friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. The shelves are well stocked and they offer sales. Some note that discounts have become less over the years.

Nathan is absolutely wonderful. He was so patient and helpful when I was being indecisive. Never made me feel rushed even though his shift was ending soon. He stayed late to help us. Amazing service. Thanks again Nathan.
