Just spoke to the guy over the phone today and he had zero customer service skills. All he cared about was money instead of explaining things. I believe it would be better if you could change the person handling phone calls, as I am going to another location and they were really helpful over the phone there!

I have been getting my oil change here for years but I encountered an unfortunate interaction , I was bringing my car in for a regular oil change and noticed a noise in my wheel while.driving to Midas thinking it might come off or something. I asked the mechanic to please check if everything was OK with the wheel while the car is up getting the oil drained he stated ofcourse I'll check for you. When it came time to pay for my service there was no mention if my car was safe and the wheel was ok so i asked and a long haired indian came slithering from the back room stating we do not check wheels that is an extra service and time is money which i found to be a disgusting answer for a long time client. I do not recommend this place they don't care about safety they lie and do not value clients.

I took my Kia in for a service and Mo was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything to and was very patient. They took care of my needs and went above and beyond. This the best service I have received. I am taking all my vehicles to Midas. Thank you Mo & Steve!

Took my car in for an inspection and the mechanic did a good job identifying most issues with my car. A few days later, I noticed a squeaking from under my hood whenever I accelerate, indicating the serpentine belt may need replaced. The squeaking was not noted in the inspection. The point is, had they caught this in the inspection, I could've had it replaced when I got the other items fixed in the shop. Now I have to book an extra appointment. I'm not sure I got enough value to justify ever using Midas for inspections again. Update: I went in for an oil change at around 136k kilometers and the mechanic told me I needed a tune up at 95k kilometers. Where was that feedbacl with my inspection here? I was at 133k when it got inspected here... I deserve a refund for my inspection here because they didnt complete a full inspection.

What a phenomenal team. This Father & Son duo, have the best customer service skills I have seen from any auto shop. I got a quote from Canadian tire for my rear struts and when I came here, I saved over $1,300. Not only did they save me money, but they saved me time as I was in and out in a few hours. They were able to assist me with a couple engine problems, and advised me on how to save money by not doing unnecessary repairs which I was told to do by other places!Fantastic service. Fantastic team.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
