Had my pants hemmed. 10 steps to parking spot, fast and efficient if you are, accurate pick up time. Cheaper than the ones around the area, in and out 5 mins.

My favourite dry cleaners in Scarborough. I've been bringing my family's winter parkas and sweaters to this cleaners for over 15 years ever since they moved to this new location. Prices are very fair, and the owner is also fast and very reliable.Service: Organic dry cleaning

USE THIS CLEANER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Rude and unapologetic service/owner even though they fucked up.My encounter + pics:My usual dry cleaner had shut down and I found this place with decent review nearby my home, so I decided to give it a try. Brought a number of my sweaters to dry clean but only to receive my sweaters back DAMAGED.Not only did the owner not mention anything during handoff (admittedly I probably should have checked before leaving), when I brought the clothes back to confront her about it, she gaslighted me and laughed at my reaction to my damaged sweaters as if I was being "dramatic". She showed 0 remorse and did not apologize once. Showed no guilt of my ruined sweaters and kept saying "in my 20 years of business I've never received a complaint like this" ????The clothes all had what looked like iron prints on them. She brushed off my questioning on how this happened and said "wear it a couple times and wash it again and it'll be fine". I would be walking joke if I wore these out in public. After a few back and forths, she said she'll steam them and that should help get the prints off. She made me wait another 3 days just to steam the sweaters and in the end they were not fixed, so I told her to wash them again since that was her initial "solution".She made me wait another week (0 sense of urgency considering she'd made a mistake). The prints aren't as visible anymore but she lint shaved the shit out of my sweaters to get the prints off. These sweaters were not cheap... I've only worn them a handful of times and now they're much thinner than before + aged 10 years....

Got my parka cleaned at this location. The owner is friendly and the cost didn’t break the bank at $30. Will come here again as my other cleaners Location has closed.

TOP NOTCH DRY CLEANER - Jessie is amazing and I have known her for more than 10 years. Every year I bring in my family's expensive winter-coats (Canada Goose, Moncler, and Moose Knuckles), and I've always been happy with the outcome. The work is always completed in a timely manner and the customer service is always friendly. Highly recommend to everyone!

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. Not only did they completely ruin one of my favourite blouses but they(her) attitude was horrible. I dropped of my shirt for dry cleaning and when I picked it up it looked like it aged 20 years. Not even sure if it was dry cleaned or stuffed into the washer. The whole shirt was wrinkly and even had oily stains all over the shirt!!!
I was inspecting and showing the woman the issues and she just stood there unapologetic and had the nerve to tell me to “hurry up” !!! I just paid and left. The least she should have done is charged me less or offer some sort of discount.... this shirt is as good as a floor rag now as I will no longer be able to wear it. The pictures do not do justice as the entire shirt went from a dark navy blue to a worn out blue that looks like it had been worn for 20 years... iron marks... oily marks all over... and wrinkles.... would have been better off washing it in my own washer at home. If you want your favourite clothing items ruined bring them here.....

My Bad Experience in Dry Cleaning
In September 2014, I brought a leather collar wool coat to Mini Magic Cleaners for dry cleaning. When I took back my coat, I found the leather collar became halfway light color and halfway dark color. The collar texture was not soft anymore and there were two sizable broken holes on it. On the right hand side of the collar, there was a process trace on it. All these problems were not mentioned by the female owner when I took the coat. They were concealed by a plastic bag with a hanger.
I hurried back to the shop and told the owner what I found. Her first reaction was denial. She said ‘I have no idea. You might have broken it and came back to bother me.’ Then she said ‘your coat was old, dirty and broken when I got it.’ I rectified her immediately that nobody should shirk responsibility and shift the blame onto others. Although the coat was a bit old and dirty, it was not broken. If she found the coat broken during her pre-operation inspection, she would have notified us and made a note on record. She then said the broken was caused by wear and tear. She asked us to read the tiny note on the bottom of the receipt.
She said this note is a contract. It specifies ‘we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage that may occur from cause unknown or beyond control.’ I reminded her that the damage on the collar was caused by her poor skill and improper operation, which was not unknown cause or beyond control. I requested some compensation due to her fault. She said, ‘do you want me to pay you a new collar? No way! I won’t set up an example for this.’ She raised her voice and started yelling at us rudely.
A friend of hers was in the shop. After getting an understanding of the whole situation, she returned us the dry cleaning fee from her own pocket. Because of this, the owner blew up at her friend as well. Dear audience, when you have clothes for dry cleaning, would you like to give it to this Mini Magic Cleaners?
