A pair of gloves, bought from Scarborough Town Centre in Toronto for skiing, got broken after a few hours of usage. The quality seems like trash. Avoid buying anything from this brand.Updated: The store staff refused to replace or refund, and said it's broken by us, the owner. In fact, it got broken within a couple of hours.

Customer service has deteriorated. The front desk staff was so cold and borderline rude. They acted so inconvenienced by me and I’m genuinely confused. It was a miserable experience with the staff despite having no conflict. You need a huge revamp with customer service. Team meetings, team training, rewards and repercussions because this store started out 10/10 many years ago and has just gone terribly the last 5-10 times I’ve been there.

I don't like the manager(I think she is), reaction and attitude is not bad, but too dramatic... I was asking the staff that I lost my debit card can my purchase be returned as store credit. Staff said cannot, manager then came to said cannot again. Ok no is no, it's fine! But then the manager acts drama saying so sorry with exaggerated facial expression. This is not the first time, I noticed her several times. No need at all... Plz be practical.

I love the quality of the items particularly clothing and stationery. However in my last few experiences going here as a person of colour and with other people of colour it was a weird feeling of being watched and followed. Not a good look for this location.

Amazing store. The moment you come in, you’ll be welcomed with this great aroma (one of the products they sell).the place is always orderly, and organized. All of their products are very minimal and clean. The stationary area is probably the more popular part of the store, but they offer more than that- they offer home products as well as some clothes. They are more on the pretty expensive $$ side of the scale.

Worst ever experience! The store manager at the Stc mall location harassed and insulted us.We went for an exchange one of the item did not have product tag but we had the receipt of all the items bought the staff attending us agreed to do an exchange for 2 of our products also there was a $9 store credit for which we were asked to look for products matching that price. As we picked out stuff and went back to the counter the staff who was attending us was not there anymore so a new staff takes over and helps us out and refused to exchange the size of our product as it did not have a product tab even though we had the bill. She called in the manager and the manager too refused but the first staff who attended us had no issue. the manager went to the extent of checking the cctv footage of the day of purchase just because we did not have product tag but we did have the receipt. They have seen us buy item just few days before and we have the final receipt still they refused to do an exchange!!!It was not a return it was an exchange!!!We were promised an exchange at first and within few minutes the store manager refused!! So it’s clearly a mismanagement at their end!!What was the store manager trying to prove here we had no idea.Very poor customer serviceNever returning to this brand which does not respect its customers, specially people of colour. Yes we feel insulted and disrespected because of colour!!!Never in our shopping experience in Toronto we had such a bad experience with the highest or the lowest brands. This brand is racist, unprofessional and very poor customer service.

My visit to the Muji STC store was truly remarkable, thanks to the exceptional customer service I received. The staff there were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.What stood out the most was their patience. I was taking my time deciding on the storage units I wanted, and they were more than willing to assist me throughout the process. They even shared valuable insights about the measurements, which proved invaluable in making a well-informed purchase. But what truly amazed me was their willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they help me choose the right storage units, but they also offered to carry my purchases all the way to the exit door. Their dedication to ensuring I had a pleasant shopping experience was truly commendable, and it left me with a lasting impression of their exceptional customer service. Muji STC store has certainly set a high standard for customer care.

I love Muji. I blame staying at a hotel in Shanghai that was attached to the flagship Muji store in that city. I dropped by every single day, mainly buying everything from pens and a mini USB fan, to snacks and tea. In late July, I was at Scarborough Town Centre. I spotted this Muji fairly close to the food court. I had to drop by.I love how their products are minimalistic. From pens to storage boxes, I love them all.I do have a habit of picking up a pen or highlighter whenever I'm in the store. I have a nice assortment of writing instruments as a result. =)Although the food section isn't as extensive at Canadian Muji stores, I like that it keeps expanding. I love the sugar-free mints, so I picked up a package. Recently, the store has brought a freeze-dried soup line. I got the spinach and cabbage miso soup to try out. The aromatic diffusers looked cool. I don't really have a need for one, but I do like the steam that effectively comes out of each one. I don't own any clothing from Muji. The various clothing pieces also look minimalistic in style, but feel nice to the touch and look comfy.I had a nice woman at the checkout. I paid for my items with a credit card. I tapped and was done.. I ended up placing my items in a bag that I had. The soup was pretty good. It was yummy. I recommend it for travel. It's convenient to make and is lightweight. However, you can enjoy it anywhere -- at home, at work, and so on. It does run a bit on the expensive side at $6.90 each. However, the ingredients are of decent quality, so there's that tradeoff. It was great visiting a new Muji store to me. I've now been to the ones at Markville Mall, Atrium on Bay, and Scarborough Town Centre. Go, me!(345)

We wandered into this interesting store today, having never been in one before. Very neat and organized with an array of products from clothing to bedding to household goods, stationary and more. Staff were very friendly and the store was merchandised very well. A good addition to the Scarborough Town Centre shopping experience.

Muji store is well organized, and they have a large variety of garments. Prices are higher than Walmart but lower than the bay.
