It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had my $300 order from store to home scheduled to be delivered, and I was promised a tracking number and a delivery within 5 business days. I called to ask for the tracking number after 5 business days, and the store rep was incredibly rude and abrasive on the phone. All I did was ask for a tracking number and an update on my order, and his responses felt like he hated his job. He said to talk to his manager, put me on hold, and stopped responding. I had to call them again, and eventually, I did get the tracking number, but to be treated this way after buying some of their high-end products is just bizarre. Seeing other reviews here, it's clear that other people had issues with this management as well. Absolutely pathetic.

This store has zero customer service. Manager name with K, she is rude and has a biased opinion with Color people although her appearance is mix.I had such a bad experience when I went to return the clothes which was never used and tag is still on. She is refusing to take it back and saying that has been worn because it has one wrinkle on the sleeve, which is worth $200. So if you are not sure that you really need it, don’t buy it from this store. She told me her manager will call but he never bother to call back. I am scared now as she took my name and number. Hope she do not call me back after reading this review to threat me. Looks like this Ms. K has especial relationship with store owner that's way she is not fire as an store manager after getting so many fantastic review about the store.

This store has zero customer service. Being in the profession of hospitality i know how important the guest service and satisfaction is, but employees working at this location has no sense of urgency, they don’t know how to take care of customer needs and how to communicate with them

Today have Worst experience with Nike store Scarborough Town centre .I could not able to return T shirt that was bought from Nike Vaughn mills store because this is third party store . This never happens before with other brands they do returns on other branches. Think your policy that troubles customers .I will never buy Nike again.

Shoutout Mel. Went to the Nike store at STC to pick up one thing, ended up with 4 items. I blame it on Mel's excellent sales talent. Very professional. Nike hiring right. She definitely belongs in corp sales.Keep it up Mel.

The service was absolutely appalling. Despite my interest in purchasing a Panda, they were extremely stubborn about not allowing me to try it and insisted I try a different fit instead. Reluctantly, I bought it, but upon reaching home, I realized it didn't fit at all. They conveniently failed to mention that it was a final sale, and when I called for assistance, there was no response. Frustrated, I decided to visit the store in person, but they outright refused to let me exchange it. This experience was beyond terrible, and I strongly advise against anyone going there. On a side note, I strongly suspect the authenticity of the product, as its quality was nowhere near as good as the one I had initially tried.

They need new managementThe manger is having a personal conversation and I have to sit there waiting for him to be done so he can give his employee the key to get a pair of shoes I was acquiring about.After 30 minutes of waiting I just went to footlocker I was in and out in 5 minutesFrom the other reviews I see this is not a one off.

I was buying a pair for a gift but apparently it was a "new drop" and I wasn't allowed to look at it, touch it, hold it until it was at the counter and conformed buying it and even though it was a new product it was final sale. Maybe I haven't bought a pair of Nike in awhile or in store, but oh my times have changed. It was odd and an unpleasant experience. The initial guy that helped me was not bad, but the guy he was consulting/confirming policy with was unpleasant. But, Nike would be happy to know that the initial guy and the cashier both were trying and promoting add ons. That said I hope I don't have to gift any shoes anytime soon and I certainly won't be getting a pair anytime soon as that experience left me with an unsettling feeling.

I had the worst experience in this store when I visited the store with one return issue. Nike's return policy is possibly 30 days if unworn. Even though I did not wear a pair of shoes except trying it during the purchase at Yorkdale store, the manager declined to return saying that I had worn the shoes. He was very hursh, non cooperative and unfriendly. Afterwards I took it to Yorkdale and they happily processed the return.

I had a wonderful experience at Nike located in Scarborough Town Center. The associate Nicole was super enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and gave wonderful recommendations for running gear.Nicole’s fitting room behaviour was wonderful. She carried all the merchandise herself, inspected the fitting room before and after the trials, and ensured the apparel fit me perfectly and that I was happy with the recommendations.Nicole carried the merchandise back to the cashier herself and let the cashier know the products I’m buying.The service and availability of the products were really good and the whole process was quick and easy.I went in just to look around and ended up buying her recommended products and I’m happy about the way they feel and look.The whole experience was much superior compared to the other sports retailers located in the mall. I’ll definitely go back to the store for my future needs and I highly recommend you ask for Nicole if you’re there at the store.

The associate by the name Kay not sure if she gave me her right name but she was very rude. She refused to take a return although I had the receipt and it hasn’t been 30 days. I had gotten a 2 piece set that was a brand new collection as a gift for someone and the sweater wasn’t the right size, she accused us of using the merchandise although it hasn’t been worn at all. Mind you the tags and everything was attached. She said because there was some dust on it it’s not sellable. I’ve never heard of this before from any stores. She also just stood there and told me to remove it and then she will take it back. I’m sorry but they need to train their staff better. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve had and I shop with Nike all the time.

The lady who was the manager there was very rude. She would not return my items even though tags and receipt were still on there. She was inspecting the items as if I had worn them because she said there were small hairs and dust from the brown bag and a mark from the packaging sticker. The items were not damaged at all. I asked for a customer service number and she asked why and that they didn't have one for me to call. Terrible customer service. Would rate zero if I could.

Worst manager I’ve ever come across. An asian dude who’s running the store and who’s not professional at all and very very rude. They dropped panda’s and there was a line up. He had the sizes available and did not give it to customers. He made phone calls in front of us to get those shoes reserved for his friends and family so he can resell them. What a l***** Also asked an associate to help me with an online order and they refused to help me. They said “they don’t assist with online orders”. Worst location I’ve ever been at. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately can’t give them 0 stars
