There is a lady who works inside the store who is rude all the time and doesn’t know basic customer service. I wonder why management doesn’t care about it.

At approximately 2:50 p.m., I entered the store. Within a few seconds, I stepped outside to check the bus and then returned to the store. A lady then accused me of taking something without paying. She made this accusation without any proof or evidence. I request that appropriate action be taken regarding this false allegation.
