I ordered a retractable banner. The website made it very easy for me to see the design specs and bleed specs and even provided a downloadable template.
I normally use Photoshop, but I built my design in Canva this time. I uploaded it. Shortly after, I received a proof of inspection. I signed off on it and it went into production minutes after. Less than an hour after production, I got an email that it was complete and ready for pick up. I went right by and picked it up. When I got home, I opened the banner and it was beautiful. Vibrant, clean, and the specs were exactly on point. My client was sooooooo happy! With such a fast turnaround, PrintFast in my new default printer for my clients. Thank you!

Unreliable Partner – Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, working with Print Fast has been a complete disappointment. The company is highly unreliable—poor quality work, total failure to meet promised deadlines, and absolutely no customer support. Any attempts to get clarification or resolve issues are ignored. If professionalism and accountability matter to you, I strongly recommend looking for a different provider.

None of the customer service representatives were interested in helping me beyond saying no to my request (Ordering less than the minimum quantity). I had to use the live chat three times, send an email, call twice and request to speak to the manager before I was given any consistent, straightforward response. I didn't follow through with my order since I'm requesting something really last minute, but if you have any questions, don't rely on the representatives, and don't expect any manners from the manager.
Update: Manager called me three times after seeing this review to ask what they did wrong. I began explaining, but before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupted to argue with me! If you’re going to ask for feedback, the least you could do is listen.

I ordered from here twice— my first experience was great (I had a custom 24x36 foam sign printed for my grandfather’s funeral), but the second was absolutely terrible. 4 months after my first order, I ordered a custom funeral sign for my grandmother. The sign was faded with incorrect colours. It didn’t match the submitted design, unlike the first one I ordered earlier for my grandfather. Despite identical conditions (same funeral hall, same room, same lighting), the result was disappointing. I contacted Print Fast following my order but got no response. I followed up, and still received no response.
For important events like funerals, beware of poor quality and no response from management.
