After being on hold for 45 minutes to takltalk to someone in regards to open an account and investment opportunities they disconnected me I see why they have the worst reviews of any financial institutions so off the BMO #rbcfail

Garbage customer service. Not only was the service at the branch terrible... the fraud department for the entire RBC is a complete joke and can freeze the account at any time for no reason what so ever. Garbage banking institution all around . Not surprised to see a bunch of 1 star reviews... pathetic
