“When making an appointment unfortunately you have to speak to an offshore call centre which I did not like. I enjoy speaking with somebody at the location. I’m going to. It was very convoluted to book. Once arriving for my appointment at the branch, we were met by Alpa Patel. Turns out the person we had the appointment booked with, was not even in. Once I showed her the confirmation, she’s sprung into action and made sure that our needs got met as it is a joint issue and three of us had to come from different parts to take care of the issue at hand She did it professionally and Efficiently

“My Son's account has some issues. Wrong account and offer was wrong. We visited in march, complained and opened an inquiry but nothing happened. After 5 months visited again and it was solved by Robert Li. Thanks Robert. Better train the staffs with banking knowledge to avoid the inconvenience.”
“This location has 5 booths and only three workers. You need to start hiring more people, that's why we pay extra charges for the service. Workers should arrive on time. They are coming in after the branch has opened.
