Long line with at least more than 20 people and only 2 tellers, told the front desk, she said she will let the Manager know, but nothing was done. See quite a few around, either talking or walking around. Bank charges goes up, service goes down.

Very poor customer service. The teller Emmie embarrassed the customer and refused to allow her to deposit money because she forgot to bring her bank card. She kept asking the customer how far away she was from home and asked the customer to go home and get her card before she could deposit money (with her ID). She also kept stressing Tell me why you didn’t bring a bank card when you knew you were here to save money. Could it be that I didn’t bring it on purpose? ! ! I have repeatedly explained that I forgot to bring it with me. Can I do business? The front desk said yes. After waiting in line for half an hour, the teller (EMMIE) kept finding excuses and said that if I don’t bring it with me, I can’t deposit U.S. dollars in the bank. There is a limit on depositing Canadian dollars. However, I told the manager When I complained, I changed my story and said that I didn't say that I wouldn't allow it to be deposited. Please tell me, you didn't say that or do that. Why should I complain to you? Ask the manager to check the monitoring himself! If you don't bring your bank card, please go to another bank. They are not welcoming. They didn't give a satisfactory explanation when you told the manager, and the teller didn't want to apologize. I hope your bank can improve the service quality of its employees (EMMIe). Thank you EMMIE.

2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and out of 10 wickets only 2 are available.The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the staff are trying so hard to tend to the never ending line of people and are so patient with everyone.

I rarely write feedback letters about services, but today I must commend Ronald Lee. He is an extremely friendly, patient, and professional bank manager! He assisted me with numerous banking matters, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and a willingness to help. While I already consider myself fortunate to have such an excellent financial advisor, it's remarkable that he is also the bank manager! He truly deserves it!

Very slow service. Was informed 30-45 mins wait time and I was the third person in line. Took roughly 40 mins to see a teller.

Worst RBC I have ever been to. The service from the branch manager CINDY. was horrible. Does not know how to speak with clients. She needs a whole attitude readjustment.

Very slow service, tellers take forever to process a simple request, a lot of the tellers don't speak or understand English, would not advise coming to this location unless you want to waste 30 mins - 1 hr of your day

I will NEVER bank with RBC again. So many personal promises made by their staff (namely their "manager" Eric, and "supervisor" Roxanne) that just went completely unfulfilled and forgotten.There is NO customer service. NO urgency in their demeanour. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM unless you go to the branch.It's repulsive how they treat the public. I ENCOURAGE BANKING ANYWHERE ELSE BUT RBC!!!!!

Located near in front of Pacific Mall. This area has ample parking.I would like to commend Ms. Sally Zhang Xiao Tong for her exemplary service & always with a smile.Kudos to the rest of staff.Keep up the good work.
