Got an oil change and a set of tires for my truck. The price was right and service was great. Very informative and friendly staff. RJ’s was recommended to me and I’ll recommend them to anyone.
Just want to add that they are very busy and not open on weekends which makes it difficult for the average working person. This morning I was told two weeks to wait for an oil change. Then I received a call back saying there was a spot open a week from today. Just can’t wait that long unfortunately.

After my mechanic of many years passed away I was fortunate to find RJs. Honest, professional, reasonable and excellent work. Family run. Amazing customer service. Everything is explained in detail via text/email and nothing done without your approval. It's seamless. I had a broken hinge on my front headlight and Randy fixed it no charge. That says it all. A BIG thanks again to Randy. Having a mechanic I know I can trust again gives me peace of mind. A++++

Honest. Reliable. Dependable. Innovative. RJ keeps you informed of the entire process via pictures, texts, and email of your vehicle and the parts needed for vehicle to run perfectly. I swapped out my turbocharger for an upgraded one. After installation, the car was purring—WoW!! A special shout-out to Vic for his knowledge of European vehicles. and most of the installation.

Unprofessional.
I messaged RJ on Facebook as his team was selling a car that I was interested in. I asked if we would be able to come see it the next morning around open, he agreed. After messing RJ again saying we were coming, he texted “already sold”. I don’t mind that the vehicle was sold before I got there, I mind that he didn’t tell me someone was looking at it before or that it sold until I messaged him. I could have drove 2 hours to see this, just for him to tell me it was just sold. I expected better with the reviews. Very disappointed.

I gave an excellent review the last time but wanted to update it based on my most recent experience - it was excellent - as usual. Honest owner, great mechanics and a welcoming atmosphere from the lady at the front desk. Women need a safe place where they can go and be assured that they won't be taken advantage of - and you will find that decency at RJs. I sent someone here recently - a gentleman who was being ripped off by his mechanic countless times without his problem being fixed. I referred him to RJs and the next time I saw him - he was thrilled and said that he went to RJs and his problems was fixed once and for all and that he didn't feel ripped off by the cost of the repair. I will always refer people to RJs - there aren't enough people like them in the world.Service: Tires

I really wanted to like this mechanic but just utterly annoyed by the inability to provide a quote for a repair to be done. And then while there they wanted to overcharge me from the quote they gave to have a look at the problem. That I already told them I had. Just to get a quote.

Good service.In and out. Family runs business with knowledgeable mechanics.It doesn't feel like I am getting screwed when I pull in like other places.Randy (the owner) is easy to talk to, listens to the concerns, and is very professional.Their pricing is very reasonable.Good sized parking lot, easy to get in and out, and a clean sitting area with comfortable chairs.

Brought my 2003 Toyota Camry here because of a coolant leak. Unfortunately the value of my car exceeded the repair price. They didn't try to get money out of me or talk me into spending money on repairs that weren't worth it. Randy recommended that I spend the repair money on a new car and that's what I did, and now I'm happily driving around in a brand new vehicle and this is the only place I plan on and trust to bring my new car to for maintenance. In the past I've had a hard time trusting mechanics and still do to some extent but this is a place that gives me piece of mind knowing that I'll get an honest opinion and quality service.

Randy was awesome. Thank you!! One of the best Customer Service experiences in a Auto Shop to date. Left not feeling gouged, would return, and will be putting them on my referral list!!Brought in my CRV with a slow leak in rear tire. They were busy and suggested I swing in the following morning at 8:30am. Received me immediately, removed a nail, and was out of Shop by 9am. Cost $25.00.
