Recently contacted via Kijiji marketplace for purchase of a used Phone. The business staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. When go to the place for pickup unit the sale staff thoroughly tested phone and explained about all option. I surely would again buy from RT Tech any device in future

On my laptop I was getting a message screen with a phone #. i was unable to use the laptop at all. I contacted to the real time and they informed that they can provide me home service for only $60 per hours for virus and malware removal. we fixed appointment for the same evening evening. The tech came to our place to fix the laptop. He showed us that malware and virus was there. He remove all kind of malware issue. After fixing we are sure that our laptop is working very fine and better speed.

My gateway laptop had very noisy sound and it was shutting down every 5 minutes. I have to restart again and again to work for some time. I took it to 2 different computer fixing places. Both informed me that it is not worth to get it fixed. I should buy a new unit. I called Real Time the tech inform me that they have pickup and drop off facility for additional $20 with in Toronto area. If they can not fix the unit only charge is the delivery charges and I do not have to pay any diagnosis charges.The tech diagnose and took the laptop and inform it would cost me $90 for replacing the component and the labor including the visit charges.
I am happy that I do not have to buy a new laptop and my laptop is working back to normal after fixing now.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S5 in to replace my screen. First I was told it would be $180 cash but then when my phone is dropped off even though all necessary information should have been asked, I was told that my phone was a different model than what the man running the shop thought and it would be $200 instead. This was the price I was quote elsewhere but I proceed to get it fixed as I literally live upstairs and thought supporting a local business was a responsible thing to do, well after getting my phone back which had large Korean lettering running vertically the length of the screen and a scan bar at the lower right hand in faint grey lettering, I will never ever follow suit with being a responsible and supportive neighbour. When my phone was taken back in, the man running the shop called his supplier and held a conversation over the phone about the screen at which time the supplier asked that the man running the shop offer me a discount. His response to his supplier was that I wouldn't settle for that as I am a "fussy customer"., Hmm, not sure of anybody who would tolerate Korean lettering in the background of their new screen at $200 or even if it was discounted, just a tad bit distracting. He then took my phone to replace the screen a second time with a proper screen and held my phone for a week while I had to pay my phone bill even though I was phoneless. After two weeks of having my phone and not dropping it, I was sitting on the sofa and decided to pick up my phone and what happens? You guessed it the screen was black. So I don't really know why it is black but I am told that there is no guarantee on the screen and tough luck essentially! Maybe he rushed putting the second screen on as at this point he was making no profit from the screen replacement as he already did that once with a screen that had Korean lettering all over it, so maybe while rushing the LCD connection wasn't as secure as it should be? Then again I don't know as I am not a phone expert but my experience was so bad that I decided to share it in case you too aren't an expert. I thought I had researched enough that I made the correct decision but I guess next time I will do what I always do and just buy a new freaking phone.
