This branch does not value its clients TIME at all! There’s literally only ONE teller available to help a line of 10+ Customers. Don’t even get me started on the Manager just standing around doing absolutely nothing to relieve the waiting tension

The managers at this branch, Corina and Debbie are arrogant and extremely disrespectful to customers. This branch has 0 customer service and I’m sure the employees get their attitude from their terrible managers.

Branch managers Corina and Debbie are both incredibly unprofessional, rude, and don't know how to give proper customer service. Never experienced anything like this, I feel bad for their employees.

I would rather come here than local branch because the transit station and no parking desert to walk through. But the hours are terrible. Needs to be open into the evening.

Staff are unfortunately incompetent in performing tasks they should know exceptionally. I was told to call their financial advisor who is an “expert” in telling me what the service fee is for, by 2 different staff there. Staff do not communicate nor hear well in what you want to do. I said withdraw $5, he heard $5000 without confirming with me. They kept going back and forth with their manager who could not come over to help but just sat watching afar. Not considerate of your time nor explaining policies.

Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired due to the treatment of a client.
I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated during this encounter. The manager’s dismissive attitude and condescending tone made the client feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
It’s disheartening to encounter such behavior.
