I have visited 2 other branches of scotia bank but advisors had no idea how to resolve my issue. But i booked appointment with Janice at this location she is very knowledgeable , professional and dedicated employee of scotia bank. She resolved my issue.

ATM is NOT open 24/7 and their own telephone customer service people DON’T know that.
To make it even great customer service, the door to access ATMs was locked when I got there at 9 PM today.

Visit there for opening my account. All the things were good but they said you will receive credit card in 5 days but more than 10 days has been passed no response and no card is delivered

Poor customer service. Didn’t even take a look at the problem. Always postpone things which make difficult for the customers. Very bad experience that I received till now.

It showed the atm is open. Even in the door it said open till 11pm. Doors were locked. Atleast 8 people came and returned disappointment. Please put valid timings.

We had an appointment with Savitri singh she was so unprofessional and she does not know anything about loans and all. She doesn’t know how to respect customers. Worst service. she does not even know like after how many days or months our credit score get updated.
