The car was still dirty after the first wash (see the first picture below). I saw this after coming home. I drove back and talked to the cashier. The cashier was polite and courteous. And offered to allow it through the wash one more time, but it was still dirty after the second wash (see the second picture I took after coming home). The cashier however refunded back the money.

I went to this shell to refill my car. When I paid for the coin , the cashier said she just took 10 dollars change, cause she didn't want to count for me. As a cashier, she doesn't take coin from customers. Is this normal? So coin can't be used in this shell?

The air pump here is broken, there's a leak on it so it ends up eating your $2 and the person inside denies any accountability. We went to the Petro Canada a block down and that one was working fine.

Do yourself a favour and don’t fill up here. Pre-paid and didn’t get refunded the difference. I knew something was off when the machine told me I was at a full tank when my car didn’t indicate it. After turning on my car I was short almost a quarter tank. I left frustrated and didn’t bother filling it again to full. I was charged the full amount I entered and should have got about $20 back.Called to discuss this and the worker denied this could be possible and kept rudely interrupting me after the bank advised first calling the station. Unacceptable behaviour and terrible communication skills. Will not be coming back.

Do not using the debit card.They are double charged and then if you want to refund, wait for bank statements available you need to bring bank statement and claim.This is scam.They said they need to send my bank statement to the shell and claim.What are you talking about?? You get the my money but waiting for long time to get back my Money?? Seriously??And please remember,This always happens when gas prices get much cheaper always.And this two cashier very rude, they don't listen and just say 2 to 3days. I said what? Please listen then they pretend listen.Beware of this place.

Full amenities Shell gas station located at north end of Scarborough. It has a large convenience store, ice box, touchless single car wash, vacuums and tire inflator.One of the few up to date Shell touchless single car washes in Scarborough area. The dryers are effective. Hence, it makes the winter car wash experience better.Cashier is typically quick and courteous. You are able to swiftly get back onto Kennedy Road northbound/southbound. Or you can drive on Passmore eastbound/westbound to reach Silver Star Blvd or Midland Ave.

Poor management. The map shows it is opened but it is closed (the gas station probably moves to another location without any update online) Waste of time.

This review is to pair with my negative review on the touchless car wash associated with this Shell.The car wash recently completed maintenance and I was not satisfied with the Ultimate Wash that I purchased. Spent 10mins waiting with unhelpful answers from staff, only to be told that my car was clean and did not even offer a rewash.After posting my initial review, I was offered a rewash only if I was going to take it immediately. After all that time wasted, I was already late for work. Very unsatisfactory handling of an otherwise simple situation.This has been my local Shell for well over a decade. I am here regularly for gas, washes, and lotto for my family's collection of vehicles. It is upsetting that a local business handles their customer complaints like this.
