87 or 91 octane only. Google prices are completely incorrect. Google price said 1.31 when I pulled up it was 1.44 for 87 and 1.77 for 91. I'm tired of wrong information and price gouging.

I visited here sunday night .The guy who is working at night has a great customer service and always help me. He always ask every customer including me about airmiles card and CAA to get a discount.Great work .I really appreciate.??

I'd like to know in which logic a gas station closes its car wash and convenience station by midnight! Trying to work with Google so that it doesn't show open 24 hrs. Terribly misleading, and to Shell management - try running a gas station 24 hrs or else communicate that clearly, and BOLDLY in the app, instead of asking customers a million times what you can do to improve service.Edit: After writing the review the management changed their policy and made the car wash open 24/7. It is the most amazing in terms of customer service I’ve seen in my years here in Canada, especially in GTA the concept of customer service is non-existent. You can have 100s of bad reviews of a place and you’ll see the same service every day, since we have such high influx of people coming from all over the world, so for this Shell to change their car-wash from morning till night to 24/7 is simply super amazing and hopefully will help a lot of customers in the long run. I just met with the attendant the other night and he was very helpful and also reminded me that the car-wash is now 24/7 open and although convenience store will close but there will always be someone 24/7 to assist you. Makes putting reviews worthwhile and thank you thank you very much.

Attention Owner/Manager of the gas station.I went to purchase some stuffs saw your stuff inside, knocked on the glass window. This guy doesn’t even looked at me. I am taking my elsewhere now. I hope you will provide proper training to your staff.

Overall bad, pretty dirty with sticky and wet floors. Also, unable to use airmiles card or points at this location with no prior notice or posters or signs to indicate the acceptable payment methods, which is bad for people who budget things out accordingly or dont have the cash for the gas, hoping to usw their airmiles points.

My frequent visits to the Shell Gas Station on Gerrard Street have consistently been pleasant experiences. The standout aspect is encountering a charming and beautiful young lady at the cashier. Although she works only four days a week, her helpfulness and warm personality overshadow the infrequency.This delightful cashier's beauty is matched by her welcoming smile, making every interaction a ray of sunshine, brightening even the toughest days. The premises are well-kept and inviting, providing a positive backdrop to these rewarding interactions. The Shell Gas Station on Gerrard Street remains a preferred stop for me, largely thanks to the delightful experiences facilitated by this wonderful cashier.
