I went to this gas station only to refuel my car and authorized $250 on my credit card. Normally, the pump auto-cuts once the tank is full, but this machine did not stop. Fuel overflowed and spilled all over the ground, creating a mess and a safety hazard.
I immediately complained to the employee working there, but she clearly stated that she could not do anything and offered no help or solution. Because of their faulty pump, I was overcharged, and no one took responsibility.
This situation happened on January 8, 2026. It is extremely disappointing to see such poorly maintained machines, untrained staff, and complete disregard for customers. Owners who operate like this clearly do not care about customer experience or brand reputation.
This is unacceptable. A gas station should ensure proper maintenance of its equipment and train staff to handle such issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I frequently visit this gas station as its near to my home and the service is ALWAYS horrible no matter who's working. GRUMPY, RUDE AND IGNORANT
Today however there was a new attendant named TANISH...the most polite and happy young man ever!! Just wanted to give him a shout out for excellent service. THANK YOU TANISH!!!!!!

The Sunday evening staff was extremely rude and arrogant. He refused to answer my questions, only nodded dismissively, and kept frowning the entire time. His behavior was completely unprofessional and showed absolutely no sense of customer service. It was a very disrespectful and unacceptable experience.

This Shell gas station is very poorly managed. The place is always disorganized, and I don’t blame the employees because they are clearly overworked and constantly busy helping customers. I actually feel bad for the staff, as they also have to deal with people stealing things, which makes their job even harder. The real issue here is management. Whoever is in charge or management needs to step up, properly check on this location, and understand how things should be run.

Worst gas station, the girl working wouldn't let me in to use the washroom at 450am. She was very rude and ignorant. It also took her 5 minutes to answer the door.

This is the worst gas station in Toronto. Do not go here. The guy that works here is ignorant and not a very nice guy. He wouldn’t let me use my AIR MILES. Lots of gas stations to use. Do not go here. and it smells in there tell him to clean him himself or clean the area.

I went here to fill my tires with air and after I paid I went to put air in my tires and noticed the air pump had been tampered with not allowing me to fill my tires.. so I went inside to get my refund and the worker there named Dara Farag, said this isn’t her problem she couldn’t refund me it’s different from shell, I said that’s not fair you should have a sign then at least letting people know it’s out of order, she then says we do so I told her to come outside and see there is no sign. Then gave me her store number that she’s not answering when I asked to speak to a manager. This isn’t how you handle customer service, absolutely terrible. If I could give it no star I would, this place isn’t even worth a star.

Worst gas station ever. I would have given minus stars if i had the choice here. The guy is never ever available on the counter at night. I think, They just go to sleep as soon as they come. I have come here many times but found the cashiers just once. I always bang on the door and the window continously for almost 10-15 minutes everytime and Not just me but many people. I dont know what they do behind closed doors inside. You can knock and knock But they ignore it like there is nobody outside.Just a suggestion to the OWNER. Its better to close the gas station at night then to waste money on paying these people you have employed at night. They are not selling anything and contributing to ur loses.Just ask them that how much time doest it take to attend customer at night.Thankyou.
