Every time I go to this location and fill up gas, I need to use the washroom. But the cashier always has an excuse and says the same thing, " sorry out of order, customer left the key inside ". Especially the young girl in the morning is really rude

I always use Shell for filling up my gas, but I’ve noticed an issue that keeps happening. Whenever I visit Shell stations, the washrooms are often out of service, which can be very inconvenient. On the other hand, even though I don’t use Petro-Canada for gas, they have never stopped me from using their washroom. I hope Shell can improve this aspect of their service, as it affects the overall experience.

9 out of 10 times pumps do not print a receipt using the Shell app; therefore making the customer go into the store to retrieve a receipt if they want one. Attendants on duty always make excuses of either ‘we are having problems with that pump printing’ or ‘it must have got caught inside the machine’. When you request they go out and look in to it at the pump and tell the manager it’s not only that pump, also to get the machine fixed they don’t move from behind the counter.Either the owner doesn’t want to pay out for paper receipt rolls for outside pumps to print receipts or they don’t want to have the pumps fixed. It’s all of their pumps that have this problem. And yes, print receipt at pump is selected on my app. I frequent four other shell stations: Shell station on Galsworthy in Markham, Shell station at Morningside and Finch, Shell station on Sheppard east of Morningside, Shell station at 2650 Brimley Road. I have only ever had three problems with printing receipts at the pumps at any of these other stations. all have been at 2650 Brimley Road (Brimley & Finch). I have been using Shell gas stations since 1986

Just went to this location to get gas and the cashier (Indian man )was so rude to another customer and threaten to call the cops on him for telling him not to worry about a rude customer he just had. The cashier stated he hates your people (black people) and then threatened to have people come and harm him at 2pm. Shell needs to do better when it comes to hiring people. I will not be going back to this location again.

I used to like this place very much and go there for the good service and clean environment. Last night the person called Abbish made me never go back again to this gas station. No wonder other stations in the same area were crowded with customers and this place was so quiet. Abbish has such a bad attitude and is so rude to customers, this is making most customers go away. Very scary experience. Abbish does not help or service, he accuses. This is actually verbal abuse. I had to leave the station and go to another one to fill gas as a result.

It was such a strange experience. I came to refuel the day before yesterday, I went to the cashier and opened the CAA app, and showed the barcode to the cashier lady, she shook her head and told me that we only accept CAA cards, I said I just refueled here yesterday, no one told me this thing. She even said that this regulation will be implemented starting today. But today I went to another Shell gas station to refuel, and the app scan I used had no effect at all. I don't know why the cashier lady did this, I won't be going to this place for gas anyway.

Ever since new management took over they hardly ever restock items for weeks on end such as they won't have my brand of smokes nor grape rock stars. Don't get me wrong the staff are great and friendly but who ever in charge of keeping items in stock is doing a horrible job. Not to mention the prices on items like cigarettes are ridiculous and keeps rising them all the time. Its like every week a new high price. I miss old management ?

Everyone at this location is exceptionally nice. I left my Costco card there and they made sure they held onto it for me, for which I am very grateful!!!
