Oct 26 2023, 9:11This is local shopper we go to,Whenever I ask for the washroom from the cashier they don’t delay in answering. This time new worker she took a second to answer. washroom is out service, I take that as dishonesty gesture, many cashier I have asked over 20 years they say yes or no right away without hesitation and not think or look around the store.Just because she was the only one on the floor don’t need to say is out of service, that’sNot convincing. Dishonesty isn’t really good, nice job at hiring.

Was profiled because I was shopping while black key word buying something not even window shopping wasn't hanging around none of that I'm grown damn near 40. I went to buy toothpaste while I'm looking for a specific brand I noticed a worker eyeing me.she didn't even offer to help me find what I'm looking for. She sees me and i catch her watching me. So I decided walk around and see if there are any other sales in the store. Nothing interested so I make my way to the exit I hear her saying to the manager oh he bought toothpaste so I say whats the problem he comes to me and says sir can I see your receipt. I'm saying to myself for what your employee just seen cash out. Oh just store policy.if it is what happened to all the other customers that left this store unchecked. All I get is sir there is no problem. Anger you feel when you know you are innocent man I haven't like this in a while I had to leave because I felt like tearing up that storeShoppers you got to do better. Smh In 2023. Wow

This place has terrible customer service all around. Secondly, they never have any stock of sale items, nor do they ever restock. Thirdly, they don't honour flyer sales. I have been told by cashier that "we don't have this sale here". What???

Terrible experience today at this Shoppers, worker in the cosmetics section was trying to act like we were stealing when one item had only just dropped on the floor. Mind you this item was a that only had fell on its own. She later then followed us to the front of the store to see us check out at the self checkout. We had only noticed she was there until we were about to leave the store. This was very uncomfortable for us, and so we decided to go to ask a worker where the manger was to complain. The manger took this on the chin and disregarded it as miscommunication. The manager also let us know while talking to her that the worker in cosmetics heard an item drop and just wanted to make sure it wasn’t broken. This would be fine normally if she hadn’t approached us in a way that seemed like we did something wrong, no question was asked by this worker if the item was something we dropped as well as she didn’t take it upon her self to pick it up rather she would rather just make us feel uncomfortable and follow us to the front. I’ve always been coming to this shoppers and never had an issue of being followed to the checkout or assumptions of a stolen item. The manger disregarding this complaint we had made and saying she already heard from the worker that she heard an item drop and just wanted to make sure everything was okay, doesn’t take away from the fact that she was following us to the front. I expect better responses and approaches to these types of situations from both people ie) manger and cosmetics worker.

This’s a the worst service I met today. When I just wanted to return an item, the cashier who‘s called “Cervli..”(I cannot see clearly as she’s hiding her name) a Sri Lanka or Indian middle age woman said impolitely I would take away my original receipt and let me just take a photo for the receipt. I don’t agree and said same to her you can scan a copy and return my receipt to me. Then she’s starting to yell :” This is our term. I need the receipts, or you can go to the store where purchased.” After then, I explained I want to keep my original receipt if I still return other items; also, I will have a receipt when I returned to other stores. Then, I ask why I cannot keep it, and she didn’t explain and said I cannot return to you. She started to be not patient and yelling to me , then I said I wanted to complain you; she said yeah go to customer service to complain , go , go, what the hell?….I asked her name, she tried to hide and didn’t answer me. Then she push another customer women who is lining up behind me to help her and yell to me, and both of them try to ignore me and push me go. Omg, I don’t understand why shoppers hire a impolite, rude, and disrespectful staff to work. Where and what is your customer service??? This is the worst shopper drop mart’s staff I saw today. I won’t go there again.

Good selection of freezer foods. Pharmacy and post office on premises.Good amount of parking.Automatic entry doors.During the last year, prices have jumped massively in all Shoppers Drug Mart stores.Example No Name Orange Juice $2.29 at No Frills and $3.99 here.PC frozen meals like Lasagna jumped from $4.99 to now $6.99Even Pepsi case of 18 cans jumped from $4.99 to now $7.99.There's no logical rationale for these price increases when Loblaws owns No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart.Buying in bulk allows Loblaws to purchase at a lower cost. If they shared the savings across all their stores, it would show care. Consumers notice pricing issues. Price gouging is how it feels, because, I do not know why the variation is occurring,

The Sales person under the name of Jasmine; SOoooooooOOOOO GOOD I would recommend her because she was so thorough with my fragrance search and was so patient and so knowledgable, I dropped in to leave a good review in the survey paper they gave me but couldn't find a place to leave her name and hence, here I am.:)

Had trouble with their gift cards multiple times in this location. I communicated with their gift card services program and the experience was extremely poor. Do not buy gift cards from Shoppers, or you can find out the hard way.

If you are a couponer , this place gives you a hard time using them. so dont waste your time here… they treat people who use coupons like they are doing us a favor. super rude and unprofessional.

Had a really bad customer service experience today. I had already paid for the things I bought and it showed approved, I had already charged for everything but I didn’t get the receipt. I told this to the cashier and she made an argument and compelled me to call my bank even it was there system issue. She was keep saying I didn’t pay for that and made me feeling embarrassed. She was really rude and angry on me. I called the bank and they confirmed it’s the shoppers system error. I wasted more than half an hour to make them realize that it was there fault. Very bad and rude customer service I’ve ever experienced.Dear owner please tell your employees to talk to the customers properly and understand the situations.

I was a long time shopper here and refilled my presciptions here for 3 years. Today, when I tried to pickup my prescriptions, they said I couldn't pick up because I had a email prescription. I didn't know that was not allowed and that the doctor needed to fax my prescription there. But what I don't understand is WHY they filled my prescription and the way the WHITE FEMALE MIDDLE AGED pharmacist told me about it was so rude. THEY MADE IT SEEMED LIKE IT'S MY FAULT THAT MY DOCTOR EMAILED MY PRESCRIPTION?!?!?! You could have called me ahead of time and told me to call my doctor or better yet call my doctor's office for me????I will NO LONGER BE USING YOUR PHARMACY FOR REFILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS EVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The lady in the Beauty department of the store was amazing. I went to ask for the exchange of my open maybelline foundation as i got wrong shade.. she was really helpful in suggesting my foundation shade. Good in answering all my queries
