They are fraud I changed my iphone 14 pro max screen on the 1st day it was glitching and turning on and off.and I bought a airpods pro copy it was working Ok on the first but after that wasn't working,and my friend bought a laptop from there he checked it,it worked he said if something happens bring it back.when went home setting up everythingit started turning on and off.he brought it the back the other day saying it was turning on and off he said I'm not taking it anymore.he's a big fraud I don't recommend you to go there

I want to give a very honest opinion, so that others know what to expect if shopping here.
I went here to get my desktop computer repaired. I needed a new ssd with windows put on it. I needed new fans and my computer was overheating. They were able to figure out the overheating issue very easily. My computer no longer is overheating. I should have gone in here ages ago with my pc! Haha but I didn't know how easy it was to fix that.
I did find the communication alittle difficult, which is why I only gave 4 stars. Because I was offered a price one day, and then another day when I went in to set up the arrangements for the work, the price changed, as well as the time frame for the work to be complete was also changed from what he originally had told me. He said about 3 hours for the work, and then it went into having to pick it up the next day close to closing time the next day. Even though I called him 15 minutes before I went in, and asked if it would be ready that same day. He then changed that once I got to the store. So I was not to impressed over the changes in pick up time. He did however do some work he didn't have to do for free for me. And when I was confused about my windows program, he did stay after hours to try and resolve the issue, which in the end seems it may have been my mistake and not his for the windows issue.
Keeping your word on pricing and how long it takes to complete the work, is important. I do understand if the work was more complicated then expected, but the delay from my understanding, was due to him being busy with customers coming in.
He was friendly and he tried helping even when I got frustrated. He was knowledgeable about how to fix my computer problems with the overheating, so I give them 4 out of 5 stars and I do recommend this shop to others.
Just be aware that he forgets pricing deals and is not consistent with pick up times for the products. If you are ok with that, he in my opinion is good at fixing electronics and I will go to him again in the future for help with that stuff.
The pricing was also good in my opinion. Even though he was offering different pricing from one day to the next.
Thank you for helping me with my computer and putting up with my frustration when I got frustrated. I appreciate the help, because my computer seems to be working very good now.

best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. called around and this place was not only the fairest price but also the fastest in the city for my Xbox Series X/S repair. He also completely cleaned it out top to bottom at no extra charge. Trustworthy and genuinely just the best guy.
