"I recently purchased a dining room set and coffee table from Structube , and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The quality of the furniture is excellent, and it fits perfectly in my space. From the moment I walked into the store, I was impressed with the service. A special shoutout to Abdi, who was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The whole process, from selection to delivery, was smooth and hassle-free. I’m very satisfied and will definitely shop at Structube again. Highly recommend!"

When the staff just tells you "we called" but can't provide any evidence to prove it (even the simplest phone recording), you will find that canceling the order is your best choice. I have spent more than $3,000 here and I feel great regret!
I should turn left and walk 15 meters to "The Brick" to buy the furniture I need.
By the way, you still have to pay the "delivery" fee when you cancel the order, which is nearly $70。

Paid for and ordered a king size bed frame. Was told by staff it was out of stock but estimated to arrive no later than my move in date. Cut to a month later and still no time frame in sight. Unless it’s in stock do NOT order from this company. You will pay in full and wait indefinitely for products without any form of customer support to help.

Purchased Hugo Sofa Bed from this store recently. I really liked the Sofa Bed I saw in the store and online, however the Sofa bed I received either has design flaw or doesn't match exactly the model they are showing online. After assembly, there's like 2 finger gap in between and you can even see the floor through it. The mechanism beside the bed they are showing online also doesnt match with the adjustment mechanism of the Sofa I received (see pics). The assemble was done by a professional guy and I paid him $70, so I dont doubt his skill. I sent an email to their branch asking if this gap is normal and if there's a way to fix it but nobody is responding. I tried to post a feedback on their site, and noticed they won't allow you to post reviews if they don't like it. If this is the customer service and product you get for $1499, then this is the last time I will be buying anything from this store. Not happy at all!

Purchased dining room chairs online. Had to exchange 3 times and they were all horrible quality. I do not believe that the online reviews are truthful. As suggested by store manager Aaron, I exchanged for 4 Louis chairs. They APPEARED to be good quality. The black is a lint magnet like I have never seen before. Do not even spill a drop of water on the beige Louis chair. It is impossible to blot without leaving a water stain. The upholstery is deplorable. Just put the chairs at your table for decorative purposes, if you intend to buy. Place them at the table and admire from far. The padding is noisy when you sit, no matter what size you are. This is an honest review. Go online and you will see all the complaints regarding Structube and their policies. Not getting another cent of my money.

I confess that I have not always had the best experience with Structube ordering online. However, I went into the Kennedy store today to purchase a number of items. Daniel stepped up to help right away when I approached the counter. He was amazing! Patient, helpful, and a great sense of style - making recommendations and helping to match items etc. the whole experience was seamless. Thanks Daniel and the rest of the team.

I have always been a fan of structube furniture, for their great design at a reasonable price. But recently I became even bigger of a fan, because of their customer service.. the return and exchange process was assisted all the way by Chris and always they tried to make the return as smooth as possible. Bought the Aaron couch and had nothing but problems with it.
DELIVERY: The delivery was a nightmare, we were forced to agree to a date and time that didn't work for us and told we had no options. We paid extra to have it delivered to the room since we were worried about the weight. Two men showed up to deliver the couch and could barely deliver it to the front door, they barely even attempted to bring it to the room, gave up and told us they attempted and we were out of luck. We were offered no refund for the extra delivery fee. My BF single-handedly brought the couch to the basement, without issue. The delivery guys were just lazy.
DEFECTS: When we un-packaged the couch we found tons of problems, every single leg had a huge gash or scratch. Even standing up looking down the marks are very noticeable. The colour of there couch is not the same as the website shows, its much lighter and warmer in colour.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Beyond useless, they refused to refund the extra delivery fee as their records show "an attempt was made". They refused to discount the couch for its defects and give us the option of returning the couch ourselves for a refund (meaning we would have to deassmble, and somehow transport the couch on our own dime).
I have bought plenty of furniture from structube in the past, all with issues, but based on this experience I would never shop here again.
UPDATE: Been trying to get a hold of customer service and told it would take DAYS for someone to get back to us. But they can find the time to reply to my review in under an hour. Shows you their priorities.

Staff is exactly what you would expect from that area. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional, etc.
Sold me the wrong item after I confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES with a staff member that it was the same as the item shown on display (the actual item was packaged so that you could not see it — only the staff would know based on the SKU). Then they were angry with me for returning the item. I wasn’t even upset at the time because mistakes happen, I just wanted to return it and purchase the correct item. Ended in a yelling match though, once the big buffalo of a cashier and her little string bean minion started giving me crazy attitude for THEIR mistake.
I’ve never experienced such disgusting behaviour and incompetence from people who are supposed to be providing customer service. So strange.. and embarrassing for them.

Still waiting for a sideboard we ordered in October. The delivery timelines are constantly shifting and they don't call to let you know so it's on you to follow up. Their excuse is that timelines are an "estimate" only. They have no line of sight into where their products are until they magically arrive at the warehouse.
Only giving two stars because we are happy with some cheap dining table chairs we got there.
