Bought a Structure sofa bed on Saturday, first time connecting with this company. Today is Wednesday and I received a call at 11am that the delivery is outside of my home. I happen to be in the office today. No confirmation of delivery times, no communication in black and white, no voicemails. Structube charged me $69 for the delivery fee.I called the store and promptly cancelled the order.This is a good example of a company with no tech and outsourced delivery services (also with no tech).Any other 21st century company would have all logistics and delivery details confirmed by email and text message and always in communication with the client.Was really disappointed with the experience.Technology always wins.

Buying from this store is the worst experience my family has had.They are unreliable and they just laugh at you when they can't get half of your purchases after a long time.If you respect yourself and value your money and time, stay away from them

Structube's customer service and inventory control is a joke. I have placed an order in November 2023. There were three items ordered. At the time, the estimate wait time was one in early Dec and one mid of Dec. When I followed up in Dec, the early Dec one was postponed to early Jan. The CSR told me I can separate the order, and they will contact me. There is no update since. Today, I called in to check, CSR were like, ohhh, two items were ready, but we are waiting for last piece, the ETA got extended to March. I was like how come, the CSR threatened me, "You can cancel the order if you like". What kind of service is this? It takes time for me to shop around and finding the right piece. It is not easy just by saying " oh, you can cancel the order!" When I asked to separate the order, then, she is like you need to come to store to make a payment. I can't imagine after pendamic there is no online or overphone payment options available! If I don't call in to follow up the order, does it mean that I have to wait until March to receive my furniture! The CSR is irresponsible and rude. Structube has to work on their service training+

The service was very good when I was buying something, and I completely ignored them after I finished the purchase! It was clearly promised that the goods would be delivered to your door within two weeks! I passed the time and saw that there was no phone number and no one was delivering the goods. I called to ask, but the customer service staff's attitude was extremely bad! It says it is temporarily out of stock, but it will be available in at least two months! The sofa is waiting for you at home! Do you want to sit on the floor every night? Bad review

Love their furniture, but specifically this location, because of their customer service! The manager Chris was extremely helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to help me with 2 of my orders.On top of that, this is the main warehouse that actually has some inventory you can buy, so I prefer it compared to other structubes.Thanks for making my experience so smooth!

Amazing customer service experience at the Kennedy store today. Incredible staff that were very helpful finding the right stools that I needed in a pinch. Do not buy a sofa from them!! Only lasted a few months before the springs/seat sunk in and were damaged.
