II wish I could give this company a zero-star rating. Their customer service is extremely disappointing, and it's a shame that a company operates in such a manner. I've been attempting to contact them via email, but unfortunately, they have not responded at all. Additionally, the products I received had writing on them in black sharpie, which raises suspicions.In particular, the sunscreen I purchased had the SPF information on all sides deliberately erased with black sharpie, and there was no explanation for this. It's incredibly strange, and I find it concerning. I reported this issue through email on the day the products arrived, expressing my desire to return them due to the lack of trust I now have in putting these items on my face. Regrettably, I have not received any response from them. It's important for the company's headquarters to pay attention to their employees, as the current service is inadequate. They are not doing a proper job, and customer satisfaction, along with addressing concerns, is clearly not a priority. It's baffling that unopened products cannot be returned. What is going on in this market? I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; they engage in deceptive practices and seem indifferent to customer concerns. They either need to hire more staff to handle issues promptly or improve their overall efficiency. Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from this market – they scam customers and show a complete lack of care!

WISH I COULD RATE 0 STARSAfter 17 days, still did not get any response from them. The order never arrived, can't even get my money back since I can't reach anyone from Sukoshi Mart.

Do not order online - it's absolutely insane to me that after now close to a year of complaints from customers of lack of customer service support for online orders and extreme delays, nothing has changed. I ordered Dec. 27th - info on their website says I should receive my order in 6 business days. It's now been 10 business days without even a confirmation that my order has been shipped. After 4 emails to their customer service, I received one automated message and thats it. This shop is a total scam. Do business with them, online or off, at your own peril.

Never had a problem with them until now. Third online order and now they have lost me as a customer. I ordered the Miffy mystery box and am trying to return it (they lied about the values of the goods inside the box; certainly not absolving myself of blame because I should've checked it, but I don't expect companies to lie so blatantly), but emails (initial, plus follow-up 2 days later) to their customer service team yields absolute crickets. For a company that only allows return requests within 7 days of receiving the order, this is so unacceptable. Stop focusing your energies on expanding your physical footprint and maybe invest in some customer service.

I don't spent a whole lot of time at shopping malls. In late July, I was at Scarborough Town Centre, checking out the food court. Nearby this area was this Sukoshi Mart store. I have only visited this store in Mississauga a few times. I didn't realize that STC had one, so I dropped by to check it out.This store has a lot of cute and practical Japanese and Korean merchandise. It appealed to me.I especially like when you get a product that is both cute and practical. For instance, you could get Angie the booklight. Angie happens to be a purple anglerfish that allows you to read in darker areas. I also liked a bacon mousepad. It was adorable!There were beauty products, such as eyeshadow, hairbands, and facial masks. The prices were pretty good considering the assortment of shades that you got in the former. The selection of hairbands was limited. The facial mask varieties were excellent.This store had a lot of plushies. You can get boba ones in a variety of colours. They were cute and sweet.It also had the cutest PopSockets. The characters on them were rather large, so it may not appeal to everyone.I ended up getting a purple boba tumbler that was heavily discounted. The fact that it had a diamond-cut lid and was purple drew me in to buying it. The price was also right.I had a friendly woman at the checkout. She advised that sale items were final, so exchanges or refunds weren't allowed. I understood this policy, as I had checked that my tumbler was in good shape before I committed to buying it.I paid with a debit card. All went well.My tumbler is pretty cool. It's cute and it keeps cold drinks cold for many hours.I enjoyed shopping at this store. It's deadly if you like cute, practical items. I may need to return and get that bacon mousepad because it's so adorable.(344)

The prices are very high for what they offer. All of the products you find can be found in other stores at a lower price. Itsbothing kike you haven't seen before. They have cute stuff. Some of the staff are friendly, but others don't even give you a “Hi”

they LIED! they said these are stickers in the store and even on the receipt, so i was fine with the “final sale”. but >:( they’re not stickers they’re sheets of PLASTIC!! Now I can’t get a refund or exchange because it’s final sale?! when they literally lied???

There's a big lady there..(indian,middle eastern or Bangladesh or so whatever)she should not work at retail store..she don't know how to smile..rude face!.. seriously.the owner should talk to that lady and teach some good damn manner?

I contacted customer service online. More than two weeks already no response. Instead of receiving response I receive spam emails every day now. What a bad store, they don’t care about customers at all. Just try to grab money. Their skin care products you can get at least half price from other stores. This is the first store I have seen in Canada that they don’t care the customers at all. Do anything that they want.
